The rooms are spacious. The bathroom could use updates, but the rooms are nice and clean. The resort is beautiful, and the views are very nice. The food was just OK. The pool worth the water slides is extremely nice. The water wasn't too cold. They have two pools available. Both are nice, but the one with the slides is larger. I would definitely recommend staying here. The resort is kid friendly. There's a lot of stairs, but they have a shuttle available to transport you to your room if the stairs are too much. There's a beach nearby, as well as restaurants, and 7-11 that are within walking distance. The traffic tends to be heavy in the area.

This is a lovely resort set amid a cliff. The facilities are excellent, food very nice and very good for the price we paid. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive. The spa is excellent. I had a one hour back massage with Pinchon who was an excellent therapist. The spa is beautifully maintained with well trained friendly staff. 10/10 for the spa, inc the spa reception staff. The only drawback at this resort is the language barrier at reception. It is very difficult to sort any issues in a timely manner due to communication difficulties. And yes, there are a lot of stairs as you would expect in a resort built into a cliff. A very enjoyable staff on a luxury escapes package.

Great location with frequent shuttle buses, so the hilly setting wasn’t an issue. Breakfast had a good variety, and happy hour drinks were a nice bonus. Room service was regular and well-done, and the restaurant staff were always friendly. Loved the thoughtful pool amenities like the bag and the high-quality slippers. Only downside was the laundry service — a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

A fantastic, relaxing holiday week with the family. Diamond Cliff is far enough from Central Patong to feel peaceful, but close enough that we could pop down and enjoy everything there. The thing that makes this resort is the outstanding staff. The restaurant attendants and managers, the poolside towel attendants and bar tenders - nothing was ever too much. A special shout out to Anna who serviced our room and looked after my elderly parents next door, who went above and beyond.
