The hotel staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food and a beautiful sea view. The location is very good, just a short walk from the beach. However, the beach itself is not great compared to European beaches – the water is quite dirty, has an unpleasant smell, and it’s really not suitable for swimming. Still, the views from the hotel are stunning and the photos look incredible. There’s also the Fuga Bar just below the hotel, where we had two fantastic evenings with great music and atmosphere. We had a sea view room with an extra charge, but it wasn’t very clean, and the biggest issue was the loud air conditioning, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall though, the hotel grounds are beautiful and we had a very pleasant stay.

Ann - room 2212 and 2214 Ann did a grest job of keeping our rooms clean and tidy. The staff at the resort were really welcoming and friendly. They were extremely attentive and always there to help if you had any questions. The resort was lovely, it had everything we could have asked for. The free shuttle to the main shopping centre as a great touch and it was a short tuk tuk ride back (it was too hot to walk but was within walking distance). The fire shows were a great addition. We had an all inclusive package which was fantastic, the complimentary massages were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

Pros : Room is nice and clean. Waterfall pool have slide and waterfall which we really enjoyed. You get 1kg of fruit from hotel fruit shop and staff are really friendly there and fruits are very sweet. Breakfast have good options and we really like their jum. kudos to chefs! Location is near to patong beach and easy access to busy roads. Cons: the receptionist and some staffs need training how to smile and how to talk. We understand language barrier can be issue but at least they can smile. You need lots of stairs to reach your room every time you go out. Sea view is not really a sea view as it’s cross the road.

Great views, beautiful gardens and a lovely room. Compliments to the chef and kitchen team at the buffet pool resort. I would like to acknowledge the hard work of the morning security guard at concierge, he was always helpful with a smile. Very disappointed with the service from the front desk, from point of arrival to minor inquiries, all interactions have felt like an imposition. The bar staff asked me to collect my families drinks from the bar as they were too busy and the children’s club were not interested in trying to engage my daughter when we made inquiries about activities and attempted to make bookings. I would recommend alternative luxury accommodation for a family of three.

We had a lovely stay in Diamond Cliff hotel, staff was very kind, the location is very good (no street noise in our room), breakfast selection was great. 5min walking time is Fuga beach club, which is nice place to enjoy sunset with music. Only minor thing was aircondition noise, which was not able to be set on silent / night mode, so heard the windblow all night long. But anyway, highly recommended.
