We really enjoyed our stay here! The resort grounds are beautiful and offer incredible ocean views/access. The staff were all kind and very helpful. Jose, in particular, at the enclave pool bar was a lot of fun! We appreciated the offerings that upgrading to enclave allowed, particularly when it came to the food and drink options. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. Service was fantastic. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. The quality of the drinks was well above that of other all inclusive resorts. Great alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. It was an added bonus having access to the family side. It felt like two resorts in one. The pools were lovely and there was a large swimming area at the beach. Lots of activities throughout the day. It was a nice touch having pop up lunch options on the beach that changed daily. I agree the only down side was the rooms. The walls were incredibly thin. I was woken up multiple times throughout the stay hearing our neighbors coughing. This was really the only downside. I would highly recommend the resort.

We had a great stay at Hilton La Romana Adults Only and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Dominican Republic.
Positives:
• The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ensuring that we had everything we needed.
• Excellent service throughout the resort, from check-in to dining and housekeeping.
• Beautiful and well-maintained pool and garden areas, creating a perfect tropical atmosphere.
• The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and comfortable amenities.
• The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options and high-quality ingredients.
• The quality of alcoholic beverages was outstanding, offering premium brands and well-crafted cocktails.
Negatives (Reason for 1-Star Deduction):
• The walls in the rooms were very thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms. This affected the overall comfort and privacy.
• The buffet restaurant does not allow self-service, which takes away from the typical buffet experience and can lead to longer waiting times.
• Some staff members approach guests with a QR code and strongly encourage them to leave a positive Google review, which feels somewhat forced and uncomfortable.
Overall, Hilton La Romana Adults Only is a fantastic resort with exceptional service and beautiful surroundings. If the soundproofing in the rooms were improved, the buffet service was more flexible, and guests weren’t pressured into leaving reviews, it would be a perfect 5-star experience.

Service was wonderful and the wait staff was top notch! Rooms... The air conditioning was not cold and never got cold enough. We were enclave did not have Any upgrades to the room. No beach bag and no coffee maker. The bathroom was so small you had to go in and do a small circle turn around to get the door closed. Several times we had food that was raw, Chicken and seafood. Which was unacceptable.

The bar staff at the adult enclave pool were so nice! Priol the bellman was very kind with a great smile. Really enjoyed the staff in the morning at the coffee bar.
All in all not one negative thought. We loved our trip because the staff were so kind and welcoming!
