Fast check-in and check-out process, very efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent view. All essentials, including toiletries, were provided. The pool area was a highlight – the staff were amazing and very helpful. They even had pool inflatables available for both kids and adults, which was a fun touch. After swimming, they offered wardrobe assistance and allowed us to take it back to our room. There’s a minibar available inside the room with a selection of drinks and snacks — you can consume them anytime, and the charges will be added to your bill at check-out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back!

The service is good, breakfast spread is holistic and the property is self contained for all the amenities. One experience downside was the non smoking room had a strong stench of smoke and it gave me a terrible headache. So be careful to check and ask them to thoroughly check as well

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Service! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning view of the Dubai skyline — waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip! Breakfast was included in our rate and it didn’t disappoint — plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. A special shoutout to Addy at the bell desk/concierge. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Addy, for your outstanding hospitality! The pool area was absolutely beautiful and a perfect spot to relax. Overall, the staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which is great if you plan to explore the city that way. We mainly used taxis during our stay, and they were easy to get and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and excellent cleanliness. The room was cozy and well-equipped — it had everything I needed: a shower, a bathtub, an ironing board, and nice little details that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the large, comfortable bed with high-quality bedding. Most importantly, there were no unpleasant odors in the room, which is very important to me. The restaurant was also a highlight — the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring. I left with only positive impressions!
