I really enjoyed the beautiful, wide beach—it was a highlight of my stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurants. A special thanks to Waraporn who provided exceptional service.
Unfortunately, the reception staff and the GM seemed very focused on older guests, which made us, as a younger couple, feel a bit ignored. This was a downside to an otherwise great stay.
Dining on the sand at the beach restaurant was a fantastic experience as well as the great thai restaurant! The breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options and fresh ingredients.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed the beautiful sea view. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself is also very spacious, with plenty of lush greenery, plants, and trees, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. I truly appreciated this aspect of the stay.
The gym was decent, offering the basics for a workout.
Overall, a beautiful beachfront location with great dining experiences and wonderful service.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location is perfect, right on a wide, beautiful beach, and the garden area is a lovely place to relax. The service throughout was excellent, but a special mention goes to Waraporn, who made us feel truly welcome and took care of everything we needed. The overall atmosphere and friendly staff made it a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our five days in this beautiful and welcoming resort very much. The Dusit Laguna resort beachfront has a direct access to the outstanding white sanded beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. The sea water was clean and is deep enough and therefore the ultimate choice for the advance swimmers. There is a large pool with a separate area are for the kids. The resort offers a choice of different restaurants, shops and facilities. Our rating therefore 👉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 😊👍

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was spacious, with a breathtaking ocean view, making it the perfect place to relax.
The resort itself is beautiful and expansive, with direct access to the beach and a fantastic pool area. There are several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, and we particularly enjoyed the BBQ night dinner (available on Wednesdays and Saturdays). The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection for every taste and live cooking stations. They also offer a daily afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch.
What really stood out was the range of activities available each day—yoga, Thai boxing, tie-dye workshops, cooking classes, and more. It’s impossible to get bored here!
Another highlight was the exceptional service. On our last day, the staff kindly allowed us to stay at the resort until late and even provided access to a shower room before heading to the airport (which is just a 30-minute drive away). This thoughtful gesture made our departure so much more comfortable.
Again thank you for this perfect stay with top-notch service, great food, and plenty of activities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

An amazing resort just at the beachfront. The place has a good architecture with a vernacular setting.
The service is good and staff is very polite and welcoming. Views to the sea are great from every room. Their breakfast is one of the best ones with very good restaurant and sitting space. There are a couple of activities to do within the resort. Recommended for a good stay in Phuket.
