Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The food is superb in every restaurant and there are plenty of bars and snacks throughout the day. The resort is smaller than others we have been to, so there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach (we didn’t get to the beach until 9.30-10 everyday and still got 4 beds). The hotel has a rule about reserving sunbeds which works well.
The rooms are really nice but could do with some small maintenance updates. There is loads of storage in the rooms which is welcome and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets too.
We will definitely be returning to Eden Roc!

All inclusive heaven!
We have just returned from our 7 night stay and wow, we can't wait to return.
Firstly the reason we booked Eden Roc was we had a horrendous stay at an 'all inclusive' resort in Europe and it ruined the whole holiday, and left most of our party really unwell.
So I deep dived looking for an all inclusive hotel, where the food was beautiful and there would be something for everyone. And we would not lose chunks of our holiday to dodgy food. And we were not disappointed.
Now this sentence gets me, and is every mum's hope for an all inclusive, not one member of our party even so much as had a tummy grumble all week.
The food both in the buffet and the other onsite restaurants, was always fresh. Always hot and there was always so much to choose from. From every type of salad and fruit you could possibly want, to every type of cheese.
Each night is a different theme in the buffet, and we all really enjoyed every night.
The staff are wonderful they really are a credit to Eden Roc. With a special mention to the wonderful lady who seats you in the main buffet. My children loved seeing her every meal and were sad to leave..
There was no sunbed wars, it didn't matter what time of day you went to get a sunbed, there was always plenty available around the resort. You never had far to walk to a bar or to get food. And the scenery was stunning. Despite it being very busy we never had to que or wait more than a few minutes for anything.
Everything else was faultless, cleanliness, the rooms, the facilities and the entertainment, we will be coming back and counting down the days!

Loved this hotel. The view from the main pool was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were of a great standard with lots of choices. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. At breakfast, the lady who served me knew exactly what I wanted after just one previous visit... Loved that! The selection of international alcoholic drinks was astounding!!! The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable but maybe a 4 star standard. My only criticism was the main large pool was salt water, which I really don't like but I got used to this after a few days. Location wise, there isn't an awful lot to do in the resort outside of the hotel if you fancy venturing out for an evening. There's a couple of eateries and bars. Overall, I would definitely go back to the hotel for a 2nd visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a touch of luxury and friendly staff to attend to your needs and wants. Give it a go!

The room we were in was a bit dated but clean and tidy. Other rooms looked a lot better.
Service at the main bar was often slow and needed extra staff. All were very friendly though.

Great hotel, excellent choice of foods, drinks, restaurants. Kids will love the slide pool, as will parents who can sun bathe whilst keeping an eye on them in the not too deep water. Hotel is right on the beach so easy access to water sports and sun beds. 4 pools in total, great evening entertainment for kids.
10 min taxi ride from Old Town and New Town.
