I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the ELBA CARLOTA hotel! The animation team is nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making your experience special. The shows, curated by the amazing Jessica, were truly a highlight of our trip. Her creativity and attention to detail in every performance were simply breathtaking, and the energy she brings to each show is contagious! It’s clear that the entire team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have the best possible time. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service, outstanding entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than ELBA CARLOTA. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I stayed at the Elba Carlota hotel for two weeks, and it was an unforgettable two weeks!! A family atmosphere, we felt at home! We had a wonderful surprise from the ANIMATION STAFF, always friendly and professional! We want to dedicate a special greeting to Jessica, we were lucky enough to meet her and appreciate her creations, they are truly wonderful shows, made with the heart, where you can see the hard work of the guys! Keep it up! Wonderful hotel, we will definitely be back, greetings!

We had a great stay here at the hotel with only a couple of minor issues. Firstly, we had a double room but the bed was two single beds pushed together which isn’t the end of the world but a bit annoying. Service was very good, particularly from the animation team, their energy was really great and I was really impressed by Jessica who seemed to literally have limitless energy which was amazing! Location was great but it got 3 stars because the beach is not part of the hotel and therefore costs €4 per sunbed and €4 for an umbrella so for a family of four it was €20 which wasn’t very good, and made worse by the lack of communication of that fact when we booked. All that being said, it was still a great holiday and I would recommend a visit!

Great service and effort from the animation team and from the staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. Lovely resort and rooms. Great seaside as well but you have to pay 4€ for each bed and umbrella not included in the all inclusive. Food could be a bit better, with more protein options for vegans and better quality for meats. And no water bottles in the rooms. A few upgrades would make it perfect, but the staff makes up for it.

Had a great stay at Elba Carlota with our three children. Rooms were lovely, pools and pool area really nice and clean, gardens and access to the beach were perfect. The animation team were amazing, they helped make lots of very special memories for the kids, massive thank you especially to Dan, Jessica and Francesca. The lion king show was also amazing, enjoyed by all the kids and adults!
