Beautiful place to stay, rooms were clean and spacious. A variety of different foods that were delicious the staff were excellent with my daughter who has a nut allergy. The pools were clean 1 was heated. Entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant 👏 they were activities throughout the day suitable for all ages, really good interacting with the children. Evening entertainment was good also. Got asked to be a judge of a lip sync battle which was hilarious. Overall had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend.

2nd stay at this hotel and it it does not disappoint. Great hotel room, food and location. The animation team are great. Very engaging with our 9 year old, particularly Dan,Julio & Lucas. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

We recently had a lovely stay at Elba Carlota. A fantastic, well presented hotel in the perfect location. Friendly staff, clean and plenty of facilities. Two good sized pools (one heated) and a kids splash pool. Plenty of entertainment during the day in the pool, and in the evening, be it live shows or live music. The entertainment team are fantastic. Plenty of options for eating and drinking. Cocktails are good, buffet restaurant was also pretty decent. The hotel has direct access to a lovely quiet beach and is about 30 minutes walk to the local town Caleta de Fuste, which has plenty going on. We highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be returning. ** The only thing worth mentioning, is that if you are on an early inbound flight, you will not be allowed to check in to your room until 15.00. There is a safe room to leave luggage, and you do have access to the facilities. But I'd advise packing swimwear somewhere easy to access, as sitting around in clothes you travelled in can get rather hot.**

Incredible experience staying at this hotel. The all inclusive options had tons of variety, the location was incredible for the shops, market and beach. The rooms were clean, the staff so friendly and the animation team were always so joyful and so incredibly talented. Especially loved the performance they did of The Lion King which was completely unexpected, it felt like something you’d pay £40 a ticket for in the UK. A hotel experience that felt luxurious and would definitely visit again.

Nice hotel, staff amazing. It’s very clean. Breakfast good, plentiful. Unfortunately the snack bar is terrible. Just left overs from breakfast and lunch. I would have expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Lunch is mediocre. Dinner is what you’d expect from AI. Chinese and Mexican night were good. We ate out twice as was Arabic night and we didn’t fancy it.
