This was our family holiday.
It did not disappoint. The cleanliness and standards of this hotel are very high.
The food and drinks were enjoyed by us all.
Our room was cleaned very thoroughly each day by Marina who provided fresh towels when we required them.
the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was peaceful late at night.
we enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings.
I cannot fault any aspect of our stay - it was simply perfect.
Thank you for our much needed holiday.

Our stay at Electra Palace was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The food was absolutely brilliant—every meal felt like a gourmet experience with a wide variety of delicious dishes catering to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and selection of food exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were another highlight. They were very spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The best part was the stunning view from our room—it was like waking up to a postcard every morning, with breathtaking scenery right outside our window.
The entertainment program was also top-notch. From fun activities during the day to lively shows and performances in the evening, there was always something happening to keep us entertained. It catered to all age groups and interests, which made every moment enjoyable.
Overall, Electra Palace provided us with a truly memorable holiday experience. Between the incredible food, spacious rooms, fantastic entertainment, and beautiful views, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Very well designed hotel, spacious inside and even more so outside, although we were there early October. Right on the beach, but the beach is very stony, you need beach shoes. The staff are all wonderful, nothing too much trouble, thank you to Anna the buffet restaurant hostess, she was a delight. The beds are very comfortable. Our suite was spacious and well designed. A really relaxing atmosphere, but again we were not there in the height of the season. The Italian restaurant is good, the Greek Tray one outstanding, the main buffet one OK. The Wine Bistro has a fab atmosphere but a choice of starter, main and desert would be appreciated. The air conditioning worked well. We have been very fortunate and have worked hard to stay in quite a few 5 * hotels, to us this is not one of them, really nice but more of a 4+
The not so good bits.
We asked for the highest room possible we got the lowest. If you like the sun at any time of the day on your balcony, a sea view is not for you, 2 messages to the hotel before we arrived enquiring about this were not answered. The carpet in the hall of our floor had so many stains. Our room was not fully soundproofed, the noise of planes coming into land very low, both in the room and especially outside was extreme. The smaller bathroom's shower leaked badly, and as the bottom of the wooden door surround was going rotten, for a very long time, it took a bath or beach towel to soak the water up.The bottom tile on the wall by the shower had been reattached badly. The lunch boxes you can order if not there for lunch are very disappointing. The TV has very little for British guests. The main buffet restaurant is well designed and had many good points, but a little hit and miss, at breakfast running out of basics such as fresh honeycomb, apple juice, peaches, earl grey tea bags, that is not 5*. The milk and juices are long life, and not sure I have ever seen hot milk to put on cereals, but on the whole OK.
However, we had a fabulous holiday on the gorgeous island of Rhodes, and got to see much of it. I am being picky, but it is an honest review.

Myself and my partner visited Electra Palace Hotel for a week. We were amazed by the hotel the second we arrived. The hotel was huge and had every facility you would need or want in a hotel! It had beautiful restaurants with amazing food, pristine pool area with always enough sun-beds, multiple bars with numerous cocktails at each bar, lots of activities offered at the hotel ( table tennis, pool table, volleyball, tennis and more) , and friendly staff that were always ready to help with a smile. Our room was neat and tidy and had a gorgeous view of the sea and the sunset.
The hotel had a beautiful beach with free sun-beds.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to Rhodes!

Overall a great hotel. 99% of the staff are lovely. The pool area is the best part of the hotel, beds in the pool, massive bean bags, tons of beds and loads of pool space. The main restaurant serves really nice food, fresh smoothies at breakfast, fresh honeycomb, pancakes and french toast. The Italian restaurant there is ok, but it just doesn't feel special. There was nothing wrong but we only went once. We didn't try the Greek restaurant so can't comment.
The drinks are sometimes brand names sometimes not but they don't skimp on alcohol.
I've knocked a star off because we booked a twin executive room for me and my daughter but we got a double. They did move us but downgraded our room! We just wanted to get checked in so didn't complain again. Plus, a pastry we had from the coffee bar was not fresh. No way that was freshly baked I don't think
