What an amazing experience! I absolutely loved it here, it’s the complete package. The tents are sturdy and well built with your own small patio area out front. Everything in the tent is carved and resembles elephants, so beautiful. Large spacious bathroom as well. You wake up to the sounds of nature and your view is the hills of the jungle, there’s no place like it. The activities provided are unmatched, I wish I could do it all over again. Great offerings of food at breakfast and dinner, the food choice is endless. All the staff are so so so friendly and helpful, I can’t put into words how amazed we were with this experience. I was very ill on the first day but the staff were exceptional. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, they got our tent ready first. Although I missed the first day of activities which was the elephant feeding, they ensured we could participate in another group’s activity so we didn’t miss out. Special shout out to our guides Saow, Nong and Tee for such a fantastic experience. Elephant Hills make a clear and conscious effort to conserve the area and protect the elephants, as well as the local community. I can only commend them for this, it’s inspiring to see and be part of.

We just spent 2 nights at Elephant Hills and hat the best time ever 😍 Everything was perfect, from pick up in Surat Thani till drop off (included in the package) Everything is super well organized! Our guide (Mona) is such a lovely, funny and caring person. She really made the whole stay just WOW 😍 There’s many activities from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave but it’s so well orchestrated that you don’t have the feeling it’s a lot. Meeting the elephants and feeding them is clearly the highlight but the kayak on the river was my favorite ❤️ You get to see monkeys, snakes (from far enough though) The food is delicious with lots of options. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll get stuff prepared and served just for you 😍. Elephant Hills is a total experience that you should definitely try (in couple or family) Please note: - Cash only on the spot - Fan only in the tents - Book in advance as such great places get fully booked 6 months in advance (depending on the season)

Elephant hills is a fantastic experience - we did the jungle safari, 3 days and 2 nights with T & Lucky. The guides were phenomenal, so personable and great English. We were constantly updated and told what was happening next etc and the elephant feeding experience is excellent. The only down side is there is no Aircon, it is the Jungle after all. Having said that, this really just adds to the experience and we'd love to come back and do the stay in the lake camp!

Me and my husband attended the 3 day trip on the lake camp as part of our honeymoon and it was probably the best part of our whole trip! During this you really feel exposed to nature, the tents did not feel like tents and instead more like hotel rooms with all the amenities you'd expect! The excursions were all great with loads of local knowledge shared from our incredible guide Tee! I couldn't recommend this ethical elephant sanctuary more and we both keep reminiscing about the serenity of the lake camp! Thank you so much to all the staff❤️

We had a wonderful time on the 3 day, 2 night Jungle Safari. The elephant experience was definitely the highlight, and we also enjoyed the day on the lake and the jungle trek. Food was great, the glamping tents were very comfortable. And our guide Kong was brilliant!
