I had such an amazing time at this pool! The place is spotless, the water is crystal clear and at the perfect temperature. 🌊 The setting is beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds and a very relaxing vibe. The staff are friendly and always smiling, which makes the whole experience even better. 🏖️ It’s truly the perfect spot whether you want to unwind or enjoy a fun time with friends and family. Definitely my new favorite place – highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with the in-room dining service, thanks to Ajay Singh. He was extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The food was delivered promptly, beautifully presented, and at the perfect temperature. Ajay made sure everything was to my satisfaction and even anticipated small needs that made the experience more comfortable. His warm and courteous approach truly elevated my stay at the hotel. The hotel overall was amazing. We enjoyed our time, we celebrated a birthday, and when we came back to our room we even found a cake waiting for us, which made the stay feel very pleasant and special. We know that many people have written wonderful compliments about this hotel, and we also shared those positive feelings. However, during this stay, something very upsetting happened that completely overshadowed our celebration This was our sixth stay at this hotel. We know the policies well, and I also know the reality that every morning guests wake up early to reserve sunbeds. Everyone does it and the staff is fully aware. On our final day, which was meant to be a special birthday celebration, we did the same. Our room was on the ground floor with a pool view, and we chose the perfect sunbed right in front of it. To our shock, when the sun came out and we went to use it, we found that our sunbed had been given away, and not by mistake, but by an employee who touched and moved our belongings including clothes and towels without our permission. This was deeply unprofessional and unhygienic. It is unpleasant to imagine our personal things being handled this way. When we raised the issue, the supervisor and even a bodyguard came. Instead of resolving the matter politely, they were disrespectful and rude. They raised their voices, lectured us about “policy,” and even had the audacity to speak about “manners.” The irony was unbearable, because their own behavior showed none. They said they could not ask the people now sitting on our bed to move because that would be rude — but what about us? What about the complete lack of respect for loyal guests who had stayed here many times, and for the special occasion we were celebrating? Also The three employees involved — the supervisor, the bodyguard, and the staff member — did not even have the courage to give us their names, clearly knowing they had acted wrongly and wanting to avoid any accountability. Yes, they offered us another bed elsewhere, but it was not the same. The original bed had the best view, and losing it ruined the mood of what was meant to be a joyful day. We were left upset, tired, and disappointed. This is not how anyone wants to start their morning, especially on a birthday celebration. What hurts most is that this incident did not reflect the standards we had come to expect from this hotel. We never imagined the management would allow such behavior, and it has left a painful memory attached to what should have been a happy time. Still, despite this experience, we keep a small hope that the hotel will improve its service in the future. But for now, the way we were treated has left us feeling that our trust was broken on a day that mattered most.

Had lunch at Ronin today and it honestly blew me away. I wasn’t expecting much, just wanted a nice meal, but everything was on point. The food was super fresh and full of flavor, and the vibe during the day was actually really chill and classy at the same time. Big shoutout to Paras and Ngima, they were both so genuine and made the whole experience even better. Super friendly, quick with the service, and just really made me feel looked after without being too much. Definitely coming back again. Perfect spot if you want something a little special, even in the middle of the day.
