The price was great! However, you definitely get what you pay for and I do want people to be aware of that. The website makes this hotel look way better than what it is. Kudos to whoever did it! You nailed it! I am not one to complain, but I do think families should know what they are getting prior to staying here. It was fine and we made everything work (we weren't there much).
We did find our room to be dirty feeling with many things broken (we touched the dishwasher and a piece came off, the towel rack fell off in the bathroom and one of the curtains wouldn't close in the bedroom). There seemed to be a lot of dogs. There was a dog that was barking quite often on their hotel balcony which was right next to ours. Not exactly what you want to listen to while trying to enjoy morning coffee. The pool was fine. You have to bring the towels they provide you in your room every day and they do not provide you with new ones. The walk to our hotel room from the pool was a hike so be prepared for that. Customer service was not great. We were only there for a few days before we moved to a different hotel and there was such a dramatic difference between the two.
If you are looking for a budget hotel, this will definitely do. However, we will not be staying here again.

As an experienced resort traveller in Florida, this is a value resort. You get what you pay for. This is not an expensive place and I believe advertised nicer than it actually is in person.
MUST KNOW before booking: This resort is a member is FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) underprivileged families are currently living at this resort and with dogs. I saw a large pit pull on a chain being walked down the hall. A huge NO NO for me with 2 little kids. I understand that people need help and the hotel is supporting in this role. However paying hotel guests should be aware, I will not return or even recommend this hotel for this very reason.
If you are looking for a cheap place to stay temporarily with multiple bedrooms it’s perfectly fine. The rooms have visible wear and tear. Sofa was stained and filthy.
The positive things- pools are nice, and so are the hotel staff, beds are comfortable and units are spacious.
3.5 star good.

I was there for 4 days with my family. Few black points: not enough towels in the room for all guests, ( we were 5 and they provide towels just for 4); no hands soap at the restrooms; two out of the 3 tvs at the rooms were not working; and the carpet on the hallway smells bad. Location of the hotel was convenient and just 30 minutes away from them. Kitchen it’s the best and it also provides a laundry machine inside the apartment which was really a very good thing, specially if you are traveling for a long period.

We are still guests here, but I wanted to write my review while it was still fresh in my mind. There are definitely pros and cons.
First of all, I reserved a 2 bedroom suite, one with a king and the other with two double beds. This is what we wanted because we are here for a teen birthday weekend and all the girls wanted to sleep in the same room. Instead we were given a 3 bedroom suite, which has one bed in each, so they had to split up.
The check in process was not ideal. We arrived quite late in the evening and while there were three clerks working check-in, we had to wait quite a while. The clerk was so anxious to clock out that we weren’t told about the room change, or given a parking pass. We needed a luggage cart, but there were none available and the valet was nowhere to be found.
Suite Pros:
Spacious with plenty of room to move around
Comfortable beds and pillows
Large kitchen for a resort
Suite Cons:
Shower curtain rod installed incorrectly preventing the curtain from closing
No shower gel (two shampoos instead)
Drain is gross
Dishwasher just sprays water, no cleaning
Clothes washer throws an error
Not enough towels (bath or pool)
Fridge doesn’t open fully because it is against the wall
Property/amenity Pros:
Easy to find the property
Map of property to guide you to correct parking garage
Good parking
Pools and slides are nice (good variety)
Property/amenity Cons:
Very spread out, a lot of walking while lugging pool stuff
Lots of restrictions on what you can bring into the pool areas/waterpark (be prepared to spend A LOT of money on mediocre resort food and drinks or spend half of your time walking back and forth to your room to eat and drink)
And worst of all, a 10AM checkout time. Rarely is checkout so early at a resort. For a late checkout, it is $25 for each additional hour (if there is availability, which there wasn’t when we checked out on a Sunday).
I would stay again, but I would expect to get the room that I paid for. I would also lower my overall expectations and I would still be grumpy about a 10AM checkout time.
Also, based on the canned responses to these reviews from the resort, very little hope of changes or improvement.

There were several nice things about the hotel, so I'll start with those. We stayed in the newest hotel, so everything was clean and fresh. It was fun to have a little balcony. It was also nice to have a mini-kitchenette with dishes and skillets.
We had two problems during our visit. We went to the waterpark and had fun floating around in the lazy river, but that's not all that was floating around! The pool had to be shut down due to a massive find. Gross. Think Babe Ruth and Caddy Shack.
I had high hopes for the alfresco market. It was even neat to see that they had gluten-free loaves of bread and deli turkey and cheese slices and cartons of eggs. But nothing had a price tag. I had to ask about each individual item. The cashier, Deborah, was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I did not like how I was treated there.
The hotel did not include any complementary items, not even coffee. I was amazed that we spent that much and only got a Baby Ruth!
