The Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, is absolutely fantastic. It’s the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many wonderful places.
The resort itself is expansive, featuring a stunningly maintained garden area tended by a team of dedicated gardeners. The accommodations are exceptional. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Four Seasons suite by the resort manager, and our room was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located near the Luna swimming pool. This pool was a highlight of our stay, with its relaxing atmosphere and a team of attentive, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience.
Across the entire resort, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and committed to making sure we had a wonderful time. Their dedication truly elevated our stay.
While I’ve reviewed the restaurants individually on Google, I will note here that the dining experience is excellent, though the prices are high. That said, it’s the Four Seasons, so this level of quality and pricing is to be expected.
The only downside we experienced was the spa, which felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. However, the resort manager mentioned that this upgrade is planned for 2025, which is reassuring.
Overall, spending 10 days here has been an incredibly relaxing and enriching experience. We leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the British winter ahead. We highly recommend this resort and cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

The best resort experience ever. Very friendly staff. Services = 10/10. The rooms are very well cleaned and cooled. Easy access to the beach with lifeguard on duty. Golf carts are available to take you around the resort and to soho square 24/7. Delicious food. In-room dining is delicious and available 24/7. A relaxing & elegant resort that suits family & friends.
Would definitely visit again.

We came here one night to have dinner as our hotel next door, Savoy, served horrible food and the service was awful.
We went to the Reef Grill.
We ordered several appetizers and entrees. We felt some of the entrees did not have much flavor and were disappointed, considering the hefty prices.
Manager, Mohammed Sabrawy (sorry if I didn't spell the name correctly), came to ask how we liked the food and we shared our opinions with him. He quickly apologized and had the chef re-do some of the dishes and brought us new dishes to try which were great. He was lovely and provided great service recovery, what we expect from a 4 Seasons hotel restaurant. He was personable and extremely professional and overall a great personality.

My family and I spent 5 days here recently - absolutely everything was excellent.
Room was charming, large and spotless.
Breakfasts were superb - if I was to find a single fault then it would be the coffee, specifically the Cappuccino - nothing really wrong apart from not as world class as everything else.
Restaurants - we found the Italian restaurant to be the best of the ones we ate in.
Lunch at the pool was excellent as well.
Every member of staff we interacted with were fantastic - charming, well educated and cared deeply about the service they provided.
Life guards were great - knowledgeable, fun and very professional. We snorkeled from one pier to the other - around a 40 min swim a few times - very enjoyable and the lifeguards kept an eye on us and radioed between themselves and the cctv operators to ensure they could intervene if required.
Whilst the resort is not cheap by any means I felt that the hotel was very good value - the exceptional staff probably making the most difference.
The resort covers 90 acres and it was around 40°C when we stayed so the golf buggies and drivers were very much needed and appreciated.
We'll definitely be staying at Four Seasons again, in sha Allah.
