I came here with my wife and 9 year old daughter in October 2024 and we had the most amazing holiday! The slides are brilliant, me and my daughter had amazing fun on them for hours on end. The snack bars are unbelievable with unlimited Pizza, cheeseburgers, gyros and ice cream throughout the day. Eveything was nice and clean. I would recommend this holiday to anyone and would definitely come back.

We had a week in Gouves Water Park Holiday Resort from 04 to 11-09-2024. Very happy with the service and friendliness of all staff. Literally all staff was very kind for our 2 year old daughter. She had the time of her life in all different swimming pools with slides. Rooms, open areas, pools and restaurant were getting cleaned all the time. The open buffet tasted nice and quite some variation. We were surprised most of the cocktails were made with alcoholic beverages of very well known brands. We didn't like the wine though. Both checking in and out went quite smooth. For the price we paid, we found it a very good experience!

Nice hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. Nice pools. The child liked it very much. Food is not bad. The beach is nearby and very cool. The only drawback is that the restaurant is very noisy, but there are always a lot of people in the hotel.

Lovely hotel in general the luggage storage is lockers you pay 2 euros per locker that's not returned after so if you need something in or out your locker you pay again. It's a lovely resort but spread out. Short walk to the beach food basic all inclusive we ate out a few times. Easy enough to get public transport. The spa is expensive

Nowhere near a 5* hotel. Our room was a family suite which was nice, but we heard some rooms weren’t- we felt bad for rooms located closer to the disco and main pool as it was very noisy at night. The pools were great, but the drinks were awful (non branded soft drinks that taste like soda water), courtesy facilities on checkout were abysmal and the service from reception was absolutely terrible. We had an issue with items being disposed of from our room by the maid which was handled very badly by the management. The surrounding area also isn’t particularly pleasant.
