The all inclusive side let's this place down. Poor food selection, usually pretty cold. No snack options during the day, and drinks at the bar made with local spirits and vile soft drinks. Beer is also very poor (tasted like it was watered down) it's a shame as the hotel and staff were really good otherwise. They try to scam you for the 20€ safe, but tell them you don't want it and they're fine.

Lovely place that is being refurbished during the off season. The ones have that been complete already look amazing.
The location was 5 star, 1 minute walk to the stip and shops, which were fantastic.
The beach was beautiful and only a minute walk also.
The hotel manager was so so helpful, count do enough.
Once you get past George's hard exterior he is a gentleman.
The bar staff were one of a kind, Michael and Anna, thank you so much.

Smaller city hotel one street from the beach. The rooms are small but functional. Those on the 2nd and 4th floors are original, the others after reconstruction. The restaurant is smaller but nice. The food is very tasty, however, compared to other 4* hotels, the selection is quite limited. The hotel pool is large enough, there are plenty of sunbeds. There is also a decent amount of seats under the beautiful bar pergola. All the staff are very nice and hard working. The bar staff, Anna and her colleague are very helpful and smiling despite working basically non-stop. Overall, I rate the stay positively, although 4* mainly corresponds to the amount of the tourist tax. After all, even in Google maps, the hotel is marked as 3*.

Amazing location! Close to the main strip and touristy places. On checking in be prepared to fill in forms and pay the tourist levy in cash. The room safe cost €20 and is included in the levy, FYI. This 3 star hotel has everything you need to have a great holiday. Food is varied daily and we always found something to eat. We're not fussy eaters. Drinks are bog standard. Hubby enjoyed the beer. Pool bar servers are very pleasant and always smiling. Strict rules to be adhered to at the hotel which was fine. Pool closes at 6pm. Entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays. Nothing for young kids to do, but was fine for us as we were 6 adults. Stayed in the sister hotel rooms, Cleopatra, were cleaned daily and very comfortable. No TV, but no issues as we were out and about mostly. Bottom line is if you are kind to the staff, they are kind in return and visa versa. Overall great cheap holiday.

I genuinely don't know where to even begin with how bad our stay was. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever been too.
To begin with we were waiting 40 minutes to check in, and then charged 55 Euros in Cash (This was approaching 12am) to get access to the room, the receptionist tried to only give me 1 euro back in change (rather than 15).
We paid extra for a supreme room, and had a terrible view of a wall, and a roof. The room smelt of sewerage, I could hear the dodgy pipes, there were also black stains on the walls, and the AC was loud.
The food was awful, and often the Evening meal was just the heated up leftovers of lunch. I have also never had to queue for an all inclusive meal, the hotel takes on too many guests for what it can accommodate.
The Bar Staff are beyond rude, having a tantrum when asked for drinks because I interrupted their conversations with their friends, throwing drinks down half fill. Very limited options.
They have without a doubt hired a professional photographer when it comes to the photos, it does not look like this.
The ONLY positive was the location. it is a minute away from the Beach, and the only reason this holiday was REMOTELY positive, was that we could spend as much time away from the hotel as possible.
I've never had a holiday before where I wished I would have stayed at home. What a complete waste of money, time and an experience.
Save your money. Do not come here. You will regret it.
