We had lovely time this October. You feel very relaxed as staff is welcoming and kind. They do not behave like 'police'. Food is superb. Hotel very organised. Not overcrowded. Spa offers nice massage, ferrari of all massages I ever had done by Joanna- highly recommend. We arrived after midnight and were offered food which really does not happen elsewhere- so kind of reception. Beach is 5mins walk so you dont get bored. 26 degrees all week at the end of October. Highly recommend if you are looking for relaxation and not the 'policing' type hotel.

It’s our first and last holiday in this hotel. When we arrived here we were very happy, but when we saw the rooms, our smile quickly disappeared. We asked for a family room with view of the garden, but we did not get that. Only one room of the 2 has air conditioning and a socket/power point where you can charge your phone. We paid extra for the wifi, but it barely works in the room and it doesn’t work at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant is not good. Some things are okay, but most of them are just not yummy or don’t have a lot of taste. The staff is not very friendly, especially at the bar. And you would think all inclusive, but you have to pay extra for almost every cocktail. The pool is saltwater. You have to pay a lot extra for things that you expect not to. It’s a hotel you stay at if you are going to a lot of things and not stay in the hotel all the time The location is good though, i recommend to hire a scooter so that it’s easier to get to the small city. The city is very nice.

Awful. Claims to be a 4* but after complaining to jet2 they informed us they rate it as a 2-3*, I’d give it a 2* on a really good day. The rooms are clean but noisy to the point you hear what your neighbour is doing on the toilet, the shower floods the bathroom so you end up using all your towels to mop it up before someone breaks their neck, the air vent in the bathroom was held on with a couple strips of masking tape. The restaurant is chaos, no order, food lukewarm at the best of times and repeated, the staff on reception and in the restaurant (these are the only staff you will ever see) are arrogant and rude that’s if they even acknowledge you in the first place, the pool and communal areas are a basic free for all, no staff to manage rowdy or ill behaved guests, the poolside and pool steps are slimy and slippery, in the whole week we stayed there was false nails left on the floor beside the pool which were there everyday, the pathway around the pool edge is black and slimy, there is one toilet at the poolside (one for men and one for women) which doesn’t lock because the little hook they put on as a lock is hanging off, men in the women’s toilet too making a mess all over the seat. There are various self serve coffee/tea machines at the hotel but after breakfast only one is allowed to be used, as you can imagine getting a hot drink then becomes another nightmare. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, the one good thing is there is a hotel across the road called star beach, they allow you to use their facilities and water park for €10 which we did, it’s a lot better, cleaner, friendlier and it’s right on the beach. So if you’re thinking of booking the mediterraneo hotel I wouldn’t bother, book the star beach instead

4 star rating on wall outside hotel 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We have been to Crete and Cyprus many times but this hotel is the worst we've been to. It doesn't even scrape 2 stars. We asked for a shower curtain 3 times at reception as the toilet and floor got soaked when we showered .(it was a shower Tray and the curtain was missing ) Never got done. Shower head holder was broke so had to use it in hand Food repetitive and poor quality. Wasps and flies all over snack bar food. No cocktails at all on on all inclusive. Wine was rubbish. Beer was a disgrace had no effect . Wine served in plastic cups Couldn't get 2 drinks at the bar at once for family members. No check out shower changing room just a shower in public reception toilet to use. Miserable staff on bar and reception. . Filthy pool area never seen it cleaned once. Sunbeds mostly broken or the cheap flimsy ones. WiFi is poor, chargeable and a rip off. Pillows in the bedrooms were a joke .cheap lumpy things . Very few places to actually get some sun as parasols are fixed and open areas very limited. There's no evening entertainment at this hotel other than a quiz. The kids bedroom had no sockets to charge their phones or use hairdryer. Fridge didn't work . The whole hotel needs refurbishment. Broken and cracked floor tiles throughout the whole site. Nothing outside the hotel and its a 10-15 min walk along a dark road to nearest shop and pub We have stayed at Imperial Belevedere hotel ( same 4star) along the road from here twice and hand on heart cannot fault the place in any way. We thought we would try this place for a change. Never Again

5 mins walk from big steip of shops and bars Hotels tired, Super relaxed, No entertainment as yet, normally all inclusive holidays have entertainment throughout the day, water polo, darts, that sort of thing. Food and drnk is edible .
