Super nice hotel. Everything is all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar was great, staff are super nice. Fantastic location even with my mobility issues it's an okay walk.
When we come back to Greece most likely going to come back here and get a car next time to travel the island.

Thank you for a great vacation! We really enjoyed our time in Crete.
The hotel is located in a very good place to enjoy and observe nature. Easy access from the airport via public transport (stop #25 but no worries they will let you know where to get out). Their bus lines are very organized and comfortable.
The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is very responsive, smiling and friendly. The food is varied and very tasty.
A short walk away is the charming town of Stalida on one side (beautiful sea road to it) and Hersonissos on the other.
The hotel has a very good car rental service, which we also used. We have been there 3 times.

Fantastic view
Fantastic people .
My greetings and warm wishes to George who works at the service.
It doesn't matter about rooms. It matters that you have a wide view at the sea
It really relaxes you. It opens your mind
It also matters the caring staff.
I want to come here again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The view for the sea-side rooms is breathtaking. At first we thought that climbing all the stairs is going to be a problem but we got used to it fairly quick.
Food was very varied so we could always find something good to eat. Open bar was also great and the staff very friendly.
The room was very clean however, the room smelled a bit funny and there was also a smell coming from the bathroom drain. The smells persisted throughout the stay despite constantly having the windows open but the good parts mentioned above compensated for the disconfort.

The food is terrible, the drinks are poor, and while the canteen service is okay, the food is really bad. The bartender is unprofessional, and the security guard is often drunk, yelling loudly in the hallway. Additionally, the drunk security guard physically attacked me when I walked past and insulted me in Greek.
