Spent 5 days and I wish I never did. We came with a party of 7 and could not get any accommodations for any restaurant to sit together. The food was mediocre at best and when I say that I am being kind. The staff was so rude unless you tipped them but they didnt give us a reason to tip them. The only people that were nice were the ladies and gentleman at check in. The bartender Alfonso and one more at the sports bar. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and this is by far the worst one. The rooms were ok I had a nice size room with a balcony. I had no hot water in the shower but I never asked them to fix it so I can’t say if they would have. The hotel itself needs work the elevators were taking turns breaking down. The hallways sports bar and elevator were ridiculously HOT. None of the restaurants offered bottled water and i definitely suffered from it. I was sick for 3days living off Imodium and pepto. If you want to stay up past 10pm good luck only 2 bars are open and the drinks were terrible. I can just go on and on about this place. Don’t waste your money.

The staff is rude and not hospitable at all. Maybe it’s because we don’t speak Spanish. The reservations go through an app that requires you to make the reservation for dinner and then you don’t have it until they message back. Then you have to confirm reservation and if you forget then no reservation instead if just making it in the first place. The food is not very good and the choices are sparse. The only good thing I can say is our view from the room was spectacular! If you want an all inclusive that actually cares about your vacation DONT COME HERE. I could go on and on but I still need a dinner reservation.

10/10 absolutely amazing The customer service is incredible. Every little thing we needed was taken care of. The rooms were very clean and very nice. Again I cannot rave about the service enough. They were kind and helpful The hair dryer in our room went on the fritz, I mentioned it to the front desk and it was replaced within minutes. The food is amazing, the views are amazing. Every day there is very cool entertainment at the pool. From acrobatics to live music Could not have had a better experience We are very happy to have picked this place for our honeymoon

This hotel has lots of issues. We got the all inclusive as a promotional package, so we can't complain about the price, but our room was clearly dated and the air conditioning never cooled the room below 20 Celsius, and during the afternoon, it was hotter than that. The buffet food was mediocre and the beach wasn't all that pretty. I doubt I'll ever come back here, unless it's with our kids as it did offer several extra kid friendly pools, games, and activities

If you stay here and do not stay in the pyramid, the rooms are stained and not as good. The pool in the main area with the children and pool bar is pretty gross. If you spend time on the resort in other areas it's nicer. When we went to one of the buffets they did not have a few things like butter for the bread. The resort overall is better nice. If you stay in the pyramid you have access to the entire resort. If you stay in the side building you do not and it affects the quality of your stay.
