After reading all the horrible reviews I have to say I don’t know where they stayed because it was not at oasis palm. My family and I booked 4 nights with oasis palm. We ended up upgrading to the sens side so I don’t know how the other rooms were but our room was fine no issues other than a hard bed. Not hard enough to write a bad review. Oasis side and the sens side were both great. Every one there was friendly and always had a smile on. Food was great. Kids did not really like the food but not the hotels fault. The only real issue we had was location. I should have done more research on location because the beach was very small and since it was in a “lagoon” area there was more seaweed/plant vegetation on the beach so hard to swim and enjoy.. it is great for smaller kids, no hard waves there. Other than that had a great experience with the hotel.

Grand Oasis Palm has its ups and downs. The staff is fantastic, and the housekeeping keeps the rooms clean. However, the beach is plagued with seaweed, and the food, especially the burgers and hotdogs, is disappointing. Entertainment is mediocre, and the loud AC makes for a rough stay. The smelly sewage and lack of a shower curtain are major drawbacks. Additionally, the TV signal is poor.
We could not lock the bathroom door and no ventilation.
Overall, it has potential, but significant improvements are needed.**

The rooms are outdated. The first room we were given didn’t have cold water, and both the phone and TV were not working. Around 11 p.m., we were moved to another room, which had water but was equally outdated, and one of the lights didn’t work.
At check-in, we were introduced to a lady who was described as “our host.” She took us to an area near reception and started promoting a “special breakfast” for us, asking for a deposit. This was confusing since the hotel is all-inclusive. It turned out to be a timeshare pitch, which we declined.
Relaxing in our room during the day was not an option. One afternoon, I needed to get some work done, but it was impossible to concentrate due to loud hammering from construction upstairs.
On the positive side, the staff was consistently kind and helpful. The buffet restaurants were decent, while the à la carte options were excellent. We felt very welcomed by the staff, but overall, the experience was underwhelming.
We chose this hotel because we were traveling with our five-year-old daughter, but the kids’ pool was at the far end of the property and wasn’t very clean.

Horrible and outdated. So hard to get food let alone make a reservation anywhere. We had to pay for an upgrade because they stuck is in a run down dump that was flooded. Our new room was cleaned once once we teamsters over them never again. I asked to have our fridge filed and they never came. I always had to chase and get my own food or drinks. This was not a relaxing vacation.more like a huge stress and waste of money.
THE ONLY THING THAT WAS AMAZING ABOUT THIS TRIP WAS THE OCEAN AND LEAVING THE RESORT TO EAT AND DO ENTERTAINING THINGS.
***DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT COME HERE. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!***

It is an extremely dirty place, and the staff doesn’t clean at all. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and the overall hygiene is unacceptable. The food is poorly prepared, and my kids and I got sick on the second day. The restaurant uses dirty glasses and plates, which is a major health hazard.
The beach was just as bad—dirty, noisy, and crowded with motorboats parked directly on the sand, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the water. This place is a complete waste of money and time.
