We arrived on Sunday and found a clean and we'll organized resort with friendly, helpful staff. The sunsets at the beach were lovely.The entertainment was low key and it was quiet by 1030 each evening. The dive shop was well managed and we were able to get out 4 times during the week we stayed.
The beach was clean and sandy, and there were always comfortable lounge chairs at the pools and the beach. The restaurant meals were excellent and the buffet meals were adequate for our tastes.
We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience allegro Fuji restaurant. It was the best meal we had during our visit to the resort. The food was delicious and the service from Osman, Ricardo and Rodrigo was fantastic. Very friendly, efficient and professional. We recently paid a lot for a similar meal at home and the food and service didn’t compare to this. Thank you for a memorable meal for our last night in Cozumel.
Above Level Training Center
Angel, Diego, Santana were a delight on the beach with activists. We had so much fun playing volleyball, water polo and the crazy game. Beach was clean and relaxing. Bar served strong drinks! Fun time and we made friends with all kinds of different people. Angel was AWESOME so we Diego!! Definitely would note to come back to this specific resort! This was my 3rd time in Cozumel and definitely my favorite resort out of Occidental and Sunscape.

Have been here for nearly two weeks, have had an amazing holiday, the staff are so lovely and accommodating especially Evannelly, she is the sweetest girl (I want to bring her home with me). The Japanese restaurant is such good fun. Only criticism is the silicone in the bathroom was done in the dark 🤣 xxx

We went to the Japanese restaurant while staying here and it was AMAZING!!! So thankful for the friendly staff their hospitality was incredible! Osman was friendly and attentive as was the waitress Sara! The cooking was hibachi style and Ricardo did an awesome job! It was entertaining and DELICIOUS!!!! If you stay here you need to book this restaurant!!!
