I loved everything in my vacation. Room was very clean, I had everything I need and even more, great view from balcony. All the stuff was very friendly and helpful, really, every single person! Everyone was doing great on their level. For this I would put an extra star) Nature is beautiful, beach is great and everything on territory was extra clean. Food could be a bit better, sometimes was too salty or tasteless, but in general was very good quality of products and lots of choices. Was not so happy with my manicure but problem was fixed and I was satisfied with the solution. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back) Thank you everyone who is working hard everyday to keep us happy during our stay!

This resort was fun to be at, staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the peach and the various pools were great to swim in. Food was quick and always good. Never a complaint from our group of 6 about the food/drink service at the resort. The main downside was the maintenance required for the resort and the rooms did not seem top notch. Some older rooms had AC issues, plumbing was less than ideal but always seems to work even at low water pressure. The cleaning staff always changed the AC temperature, seemed to leave the sliding balcony door unlocked after we locked it, and sometimes did not replace towels or pillows during the cleaning. We had to ask for our pillows to be replaced at 10pm and our travel partners had to request towels, water, and minor maintenance. The staff was always positive and wanted to provide a good experience, despite knowing that the building quality was not top notch.

I just got home from my vacation in the resort and I had the best time of my life. I traveled by myself and I met so many people there that really changed my life. The stuff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean and nice as well! you can have unlimited drinks and food so for me it was absolutely worth it. I loved the location amazing beach a lot of pools all over the resort. Also there are nice people inside where you can book excursions that are also safe when you travel by yourself. i loved it and I will definitely come back!!

Food here is not the best. This resort is cozy and quiet. There's not a lot of food selections. You can't bring anything out of the restaurants. The food is bland. The beach and pools are nice. The partial ocean view room is nice. The people are nice. The hamburger is different (a mix between soy and beyond meat). Pizza was probably the safest choice. The walk around the resort is rather short. No straws for drinks. The staff makes you wait until 3 pm to check in. Today, there was a cart with street tacos. That was a pleasant surprise. Leaving to go to the airport they make you wait as well.

Fantastic place for the price. My only dings are the food could be better (but was absolutely acceptable for a Mexico resort) and they could have had more entertainment. Being on the beach was great. The pools were quite cold during our January stay, but you got used to them and it was plenty warm. Service was phenomenal. Loved Karaoke night and the pop up buffet by the infinity pool was delicious! Our room had a lot of whistling wind noise (we were on the beach). A beach towel at the beach side door did the trick though! Very enjoyable experience! Oh! And the coffee was fan freakin' tastic!
