This resort was fun to be at, staff were friendly and helpful. The location on the peach and the various pools were great to swim in. Food was quick and always good. Never a complaint from our group of 6 about the food/drink service at the resort.
The main downside was the maintenance required for the resort and the rooms did not seem top notch. Some older rooms had AC issues, plumbing was less than ideal but always seems to work even at low water pressure.
The cleaning staff always changed the AC temperature, seemed to leave the sliding balcony door unlocked after we locked it, and sometimes did not replace towels or pillows during the cleaning. We had to ask for our pillows to be replaced at 10pm and our travel partners had to request towels, water, and minor maintenance.
The staff was always positive and wanted to provide a good experience, despite knowing that the building quality was not top notch.

We had been in Mexico since monday staying at various locations. My bestfriend and I arrived to this property on Thursday and had a little wait past 3pm (the official check-in time). We were told we had room 4133, but were switched to 4132 after the fact. 4132 is the room with with issues, please do not accept room.
The toilet would not flush because there was some issue with the water flowing to the tank. We called three times and maintenance came out to allegedly fix issue. Upon the second time the front desk asked us did we want management to stop by the room and we agreed yes. The morning manager left for the day without a call or stopping by and when we called the front desk to ask for room change they hung up four times. When the final maintenance man came the toilet flushed if you waited awhile but it leaked all over the floor.
We checked out on Saturday and moved to another better kept up property Hilton Tulum about 12 miles away.
We never spoke with any management and overall the beach access room was mediocre due to the toilet issue.
Please be cautious of staying in room 4132

I loved everything in my vacation. Room was very clean, I had everything I need and even more, great view from balcony.
All the stuff was very friendly and helpful, really, every single person! Everyone was doing great on their level. For this I would put an extra star)
Nature is beautiful, beach is great and everything on territory was extra clean. Food could be a bit better, sometimes was too salty or tasteless, but in general was very good quality of products and lots of choices.
Was not so happy with my manicure but problem was fixed and I was satisfied with the solution.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back)
Thank you everyone who is working hard everyday to keep us happy during our stay!

DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU IN BEACHFRONT ROOM 4132!!
Currently, we are cutting our stay short after initially deciding to extend our stay based on the first day and have more available time. I’ve stayed here before and recommended this place and I’ve received mixed reviews but just had to see for myself. I now agree with reviews regarding rude front desk staff and poor service.
The room wasn’t ready until almost 4pm.
The initial room they assigned to us was not the room we were placed in.
Wi-Fi is horrible.
The toilet was broken and they came multiple times to “fix” it only got it to continue to leak water after we were able to get it to flush.
There was no room service menu and the line just rings when you call.
The front desk literally hung up on me multiple times which then made me angry and I had to hike to the front only to be completely gaslit by the receptionist telling me that the maintenance sent a photo of the fixed toilet. I asked if he sent a video of it working and she had no response.
Asked for a manager multiple times and have yet to hear from one or meet one in the front.
They NEVER even cared to right their wrongs or even apologize.
We literally had to book last minute elsewhere for the remainder of our vacay because they keep saying they don’t have another room to move us to and are fully booked but you can literally still book rooms online so that’s a complete lie.
And to top it off, we both got bad coughs yesterday out of nowhere and discovered this morning that we’ve been sleeping on moldy pillows. Just wow!
DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU IN BEACHFRONT ROOM 4132!!

Went here for a couple's massage, reflexology and facial package. I don't even want to think about how much I paid for it.
The massage room has a Buddha statue and fake candles, the sound system was playing soothing New Age music substitute, and the aromatherapy oil diffuser was doing its job, but the air in there was heavy with moisture and mold.
I was instantly uncomfortable with the damp and mildew smell, but I decided to try and make the best of it.
During our massages, which did not include reflexology, the soothing sound of the music player was frequently overpowered by the noise of what is obviously the hotel laundry facilities on the other side of a thin wall. Loud industrial washing machines went into their spin cycles every few minutes, and the staff operating them had to speak loudly.
Not relaxing. I feel I got ripped off.
