I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the cleanliness. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed, director of Front office, for his warm welcome and professional support, and to Mahmoud from housekeeping for keeping my room spotless every day. I also want to thank Rita from the activities team — she’s amazing! I really loved her energy, kindness, and the way she made every activity so much fun. This hotel truly has an incredible team. We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel!!! Beach & Sea: This hotel is a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts! The sea is crystal clear and full of vibrant marine life. The pool area was often quiet because most guests preferred spending their time on the beach and in the water. It was an incredible experience to be surrounded by so many colourful fish, we even saw a moray eel almost every day and a family of stingrays swimming nearby. It was like being in a natural aquarium! Reception: The reception team deserves a special mention for their 5-star service. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they went the extra mile by showing us different room options to choose from. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive and greatly appreciated. Restaurants & Food: We were fortunate to enjoy all-inclusive meals at the Silk Road Restaurant, which offered not only delicious food but also a stunning evening view. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ahmed and Chef Mohsan for their exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence. We also had the pleasure of dining at The Palms Cafe for lunch. The seafood soup, salmon, grilled prawns, and their famous pizza were all outstanding — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff were lovely and very professional, making every meal a pleasure. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team in the 3 rd building was attentive, friendly, and exceptionally professional. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, and their commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort truly stood out. Security & Safety: One thing that really stood out was how safe and secure we felt throughout our stay. The hotel clearly takes both security and health standards very seriously. Staff were always present and attentive at the pool and beach areas, ensuring safety for all guests. In the restaurants, hygiene was a top priority, I was particularly impressed to see staff using a thermometer device to check food temperatures, including desserts, to make sure everything met the highest standards. This level of care gave us real peace of mind and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Thank you!
