Went for a 4 night all inclusive break.
Excellent hotel.Food at all inclusive restaurant,Ramses,was brilliant every time.Service with a smile seemed to be the done thing-in particular,Fares.He was always smiling, friendly and efficient.Nothing was too much for him and that made our experience even better.
But overall,neat and clean rooms, excellent spa,sauna and steam room and friendly efficient service,all round.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely go back for another stay.

Our first time here at Grand Rotana. Beautiful resort! We had a great time. The service staff team are very friendly and hospitable. The 1st class food from breakfast to dinner. Shout out to Hussein and Abdul from the restaurant. Fun activities specifically the Sound of 70's arranged by Maria and Alina. Thank you all for making our holiday memorable. We hope to come back next year.
A suggestion to the Hotel Management:
Please install a couple of 'water station' around the running path. I run out of water during my 5mile run.

The stay at the Grand Rotana Hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms are spacious, stylish and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Magnificent grounds with well-kept gardens and panoramic views of the sea. Special thanks to the staff for their friendliness and attention to each guest - any wish was fulfilled instantly. The food is top notch: the variety of dishes and freshness of the products left only pleasant impressions. I recommend this hotel for those who want to enjoy a luxurious holiday and a high level of service!

What we liked about my hotel was the abundance of palm trees and flowers, meaning there was a lot of green space, and the food was varied and delicious.

Very good hotel. Children's animators Dasha and Liza were wonderful, my child really liked it. nice service staff, helpful. The only minus is that there is no large heated pool in winter. Beautiful coral reef, you don't have to go far by bridge.
