Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, special thanks for that older gentleman who guided us to our room and took care of our luggage, he was superb! Room itself was nothing special, but big enough for five person. Rainwater flooded inside the room under the door, and windows not closing completely caused mosquitos getting in to the room, so there's room for improvement. Food was somewhat average, couple of good meals during our stay. Drinks were unfortunately even worse, wouldn't recommend all-inclusive programme based on our experience. Pools were pretty small, but at least there were lots of free sunbeds around the hotel area. Also beach area was pretty small and sunbeds were quite expensive (25€ each). Location was good, right next to the beach and easy to walk to the centre through the beach boulevard. Parking slot was also always easy to find near the hotel which was definitely good thing.
Just a sec
The hotel looks gorgeous — white columns, blue shutters, the whole Greek-island fantasy. Then you walk into the buffet and instantly miss the airplane food. Every day the same sad buffet crime scene: curry fish (again), greasy mystery sauces, and bacon showing up like an uninvited relative — morning, noon, and night. Spaghetti and potatoes on repeat. Not a Greek dish in sight, unless you count the one time they brought out aubergines — which, frankly, felt like a cry for help. The “Greek salad” made a daily appearance too, looking as tired as I felt by day three. The tomatoes were so lifeless you wanted to offer them CPR. Desserts? Always the same. Breakfast? Fine, if you enjoy a sense of déjà vu with your coffee. The staff were nice, bless them, but apparently think they’re running a luxury taxi syndicate: €50 to the airport! I found one online for €35, and it even came with seatbelts. The beach situation? Hilariously not funny for an 'all inclusive beach resort'. €15 a day to lie on a pile of rocks. Hence my 2 stars. And if you fancy watching TV to forget about dinner, good luck — no satellite, so it’s SpongeBob in German or Polish reality shows. Beautiful hotel. The beach? Yes if you don't mind paying to sunbathe on volcano. The food? One big not-even-Greek tragedy.

It was very lovely and enjoyable. I enjoyed the food, there was various options of food and the location was very near to the beach and lots of shops. The staff was very polite and the waiters were very polite and nice. The room cleaning service was very convenient and helpful. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious. There was many swimming pools there, seven to be exact, and views were absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommended this place to families and friends. Overall the experience was delightful and I would definitely come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and while the accommodations and amenities were excellent, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service from the Guest Relations team—especially Natalia and Artemis. From the moment I arrived, Natalia welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect, offering personalized recommendations and always checking in to see if I needed anything. Together, Natalia and Artemis exemplify what true hospitality means. Their dedication, care, and positive energy added a special touch to my trip, and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-tier service and a team that genuinely cares about your experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

serious safety concerns - we truly hope improvements are made we recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, we feel the need to share our experience honestly, especially regarding safety, which was a major issue. most importantly: we had a near-death experience in the water. there are large, sharp rocks hidden just beneath the surface, combined with strong, unpredictable waves. we were pulled in by a wave and thrown against the rocks - it was genuinely terrifying. there were no warning signs, no lifeguards, and no barriers or safety measures of any kind. had we not managed to get out quickly, the outcome could’ve been tragic. we really want to warn others: please be extremely careful. no one will tell you how dangerous the beach is, and that’s what makes it so risky. we truly hope the hotel works with the local tourism authorities to urgently improve safety at the beach and pool areas. lifeguards, warning signs, and clear markings are not optional, they are essential. when we arrived, we were also asked to pay an unexpected 140€ fee that hadn’t been mentioned before. while we understand there may be resort fees, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. the “all inclusive” concept is very limited...drinks are only available until 9pm, and the quality is very basic. many things, including coffee and even the use of the safe or the luggage scale in the lobby, came with extra costs. the rooms were quite minimal. no wardrobe, no shelves, and barely any space to unpack. we had to live out of our suitcases, which became uncomfortable over time. the beds were very firm, the bathroom wasn’t locking properly, and the room advertised as “poolside” or “beachfront” was actually on the third floor, far from either. as for the food: wide variety, but often served cold. unfortunately, the taste didn’t meet our expectations, so we ended up eating at a nearby restaurant instead, which was thankfully very good. we also had to carry our luggage ourselves to the room with no elevator or help available. the staff was very kind and understanding, but clearly overworked and stretched too thin. outside the hotel, we were constantly approached by sellers and beggars, often aggressively. it was difficult to relax. positives: the location in the city was great, with 24/7 shops nearby, and as mentioned, the staff was doing their absolute best under tough conditions. we’re sharing this not out of anger, but out of real concern. what happened to us in the water was genuinely dangerous, and we would never want someone else to go through the same thing. this hotel has potential...but safety must be the first priority
