Perfect holiday place except for noise levels in the evening!
Lovely beach side property. You get the nice holiday resort feeling as soon as you walk in. Our ocean suite was spacious and well decorated, with a large patio facing the pool and the sea. Huge bathrooms and very comfortable bed and mattress.
Great service and good breakfast spread. We sat in the outside veranda and enjoyed a quiet breakfast with a great view.
The hotel has paid parking in the basement but also plenty of free parking just outside.
My only complaint is the noise levels at night. They have fun events in the evening (magic show/flamenco dancers etc.) but with really really loud music and they went on until 11.15 pm. There is no sound proofing and you cannot sleep until they turn down that music!!! Maybe a room far away from the lobby might be quieter.

Only thing missing was the/coffee kettle in the room. This was available in the restaurant up until 12am so we could have gone there to get one if really wanted too.
Hotel was immaculate both inside and outside. My girls are 16 & 18 and the 2 pools outside were adequate for them. The beach is not even 2 seconds away it’s on the back doorstep.
All the food was top notch and staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely holiday here again.

Rooms are very tired and well used. We were told they had refurbishment but no way were they like the ones we saw when we booked online. Staff are ok but one at reception who was bit cocky and rude. The food was not so good, very repetitive everyday. Staff in dining area never around when you need them, tend to be setting up for the next sitting rather than seeing to current guests.
All in all was quiet disappointed without stay as it looked amazing online

We were in Estepona Palace two weeks ago and we loved it. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, food is great. Everyone working at the reception was super nice and the girls from the kids club ( Alma, Alba and Maria) absolutely wonderful. My daughter had the best time. I already recommended the hotel to all my friends that are planning to visit Andalucia. Estepona is very close ( like 10 min with a taxi) and the city is super cute and worth visiting.

This hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and deliver service with a smile 😊.
Spacious room and we had a sea and pool view which was perfect. The location is perhaps a little far out from the old town of Estepona but is a beautiful walk....about half an hour stroll. The only negative we found was that the beach area was unattended....the free sun loungers were a bit scruffy and the areas around the beds were sometimes dirty with cigarette butts. Also locals walk their dogs on the beach and there was dog poo in some areas.
But all in all, the hotel is very good.
