Perfect holiday place except for noise levels in the evening!
Lovely beach side property. You get the nice holiday resort feeling as soon as you walk in. Our ocean suite was spacious and well decorated, with a large patio facing the pool and the sea. Huge bathrooms and very comfortable bed and mattress.
Great service and good breakfast spread. We sat in the outside veranda and enjoyed a quiet breakfast with a great view.
The hotel has paid parking in the basement but also plenty of free parking just outside.
My only complaint is the noise levels at night. They have fun events in the evening (magic show/flamenco dancers etc.) but with really really loud music and they went on until 11.15 pm. There is no sound proofing and you cannot sleep until they turn down that music!!! Maybe a room far away from the lobby might be quieter.

Only thing missing was the/coffee kettle in the room. This was available in the restaurant up until 12am so we could have gone there to get one if really wanted too.
Hotel was immaculate both inside and outside. My girls are 16 & 18 and the 2 pools outside were adequate for them. The beach is not even 2 seconds away it’s on the back doorstep.
All the food was top notch and staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely holiday here again.

We were in Estepona Palace two weeks ago and we loved it. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, food is great. Everyone working at the reception was super nice and the girls from the kids club ( Alma, Alba and Maria) absolutely wonderful. My daughter had the best time. I already recommended the hotel to all my friends that are planning to visit Andalucia. Estepona is very close ( like 10 min with a taxi) and the city is super cute and worth visiting.

We've been to a few H10 hotels, and this was as good as the rest. The rooms were well decorated and so fresh and clean. The food was excellent. We were half board and ate most of our lunches there too in their terrace restaurant, as the food choice there was excellent and it was waiter service too. We checked out early morning so they were kind enough to make us both a picnic basket , which as a really nice touch. We both enjoyed the holiday experience and we would go back there again.

We visited the H10 Estepona Palace in August, it was our first family holiday with our 1 year old daughter. When we arrived the TUI coach driver had given our case to the previous stop, so when we checked in I was not in the happiest of moods the hotel check in staff rang the TUI rep and sorted the whole situation out for us and gave us a glass of fizz while we checked in! We had a lovely week here our room was lovely and spacious and we did have a kettle and fridge. The views from the hotel are beautiful and you can see Gibraltar and the coast of Africa! The food was really nice and overall we had such a good holiday! I have to give a mention to the hotel staff and the animation team the staff are the most friendliest and they work so hard my daughter absolutely loved the animation team they was so good with her and every night she went running to them giving them the biggest cuddles! The hotel is on the beachfront and a nice 20 min walk takes you the Estepona Marina! Thank you to all the staff! We look forward to returning again soon!! X
