The hotel has a very grand feel and does feel luxurious. However, we had several service related issues that soured our overall experience, unfortunately. After a 15 hour travel day from the US, we arrived and our check in was delayed almost 90 minutes. I had to get a little upset with the staff to get our room as my children were exhausted and wanted to rest. We were told we would get tea while we waited...the tea never came. They told us we couldn't eat outside food in the lobby while we waited. Really?!?!? Then give me a meal to compensate for YOUR delay. The manager on duty, named Neha if I remember correctly, did give us a free dinner to make up for this delay. However, the service issues continued during our stay. They messed up our laundry timing, things we ordered to the room took time or never showed up, etc. Too many little issues kept occurring that made this hotel not feel like a 5 star hotel. I expected better. Location is decent, but we later stayed at a hotel close to the Dubai Mall and that was a much better location for what we needed.

My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai. Having traveled around the world, we can say with complete sincerity that the service and staff here are truly unmatched. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest stays we’ve ever had. Particular shoutout to Younes at the BQ restaurant for his wonderful attention, and the cleaning crew for their smiles and perfectly refreshed rooms. We will be back.

I had a meeting at the tea garden today with my client, I must say this was one of the best services I have experienced. The staff was efficient, quick and most importantly they all had a smile from the valet , to the hospitality staff inside everyone was happy and polite. I am definitely going to have more meetings at the venue.

What an amazing experience. We have booked the entire garden for iftar to suhoor for our business partners and everyone left with a smile on their faces, super satisfied with the food and the warm and amazing hospitality from everyone. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Eldin - Complex Director of Banquet Operations. He was so supportive. He definitely made my job easy.... He was amazing in taking care of everything and everyone!!!! This is highly recommended......

Stayed there for a birthday weekend. Was splendid. Palatial look and feel. Room was lovely. Spacious corridor, grand furniture. There was a harp player one day in the lobby. Loved the breakfast though on one day, it was so busy and service was poor. It is very close to La Perle Show The spa was amazing!
