What an amazing experience. We have booked the entire garden for iftar to suhoor for our business partners and everyone left with a smile on their faces, super satisfied with the food and the warm and amazing hospitality from everyone. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Eldin - Complex Director of Banquet Operations. He was so supportive. He definitely made my job easy.... He was amazing in taking care of everything and everyone!!!! This is highly recommended......

Had an amazing stay, This 5-star hotel offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and value, especially with its prime location near the biggest mall in the world. ✔ Friendly & professional staff – always welcoming and ready to assist. ✔ Super clean & well-maintained – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. ✔ Great value for a 5-star hotel – reasonable pricing for the quality of service and location. A couple of suggestions: ➡️ Upgrade hair dryers (Dyson would be a great luxury touch, especially in suites). ➡️ More amenities for families – extra towels, toiletries, and water should be provided based on the number of guests in the room. ➡️ Food quality & variety could be improved – while the dining options were decent, a wider selection of dishes and higher-quality ingredients would enhance the experience. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed there for a birthday weekend. Was splendid. Palatial look and feel. Room was lovely. Spacious corridor, grand furniture. There was a harp player one day in the lobby. Loved the breakfast though on one day, it was so busy and service was poor. It is very close to La Perle Show The spa was amazing!

An Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! I typically stay at five-star hotels in the U.S., and I must say—this one was impressive. Service: Our butler was amazing—friendly, efficient, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. The level of service was top-notch! They treated us so well from the start!! Rooms: The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with every toiletry we could ask for. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and even organized our belongings (if you prefer otherwise, just decline housekeeping). The only minor flaws were a small stain on the curtain and a burn/stain on the bed, but overall, cleanliness was outstanding. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was incredible—a huge variety of options, fresh and delicious food, and plenty to choose from. Definitely a highlight of our stay! Location: The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The only slight downside was some nighttime traffic due to a nearby club, but it wasn’t a major issue. Comfort: The beds were so comfortable that we overslept—for 12 hours! That alone speaks to how relaxing our stay was. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again, hopefully they don't raise the prices much and can still maintain their service levels. Highly recommend! Well nice hotel with a good location, we were 2 adults and 2 children , we took a suite because its big so it would fit us. The room is wide , luxurious bathroom, however the down side is that there were no beds for our children, they had to sleep on the sofa, the sofa is not big and it cannot be opened, it wasnt safe for them. And if we want to order extra beds, each bed costs 450 dirham for per night, which is so expensive. The breakfast was good, the service and the cleaning room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
