This was not a 4* hotel experience - we were very disappointed and won’t be staying here again.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable - both mattress and pillows - undid 18 months of pilates on my back! Bathroom poorly designed: nowhere to hang a hand towel next to sink, walk-in shower wet the bathroom floor - even with mat down and shower head tilted downwards over drain! Wardrobe space is mean and not very accessible - doors would not stay open without holding them. No water in room - had to purchase from the shop next to reception. No-where to refill plastic bottles. Stopped serving food in the bar, restaurant and room service at 10.30pm! We were attending an event locally which was promoted by the hotel - and could not get food on our return. Disappointed that one of the breakfast specials (waffles) was unavailable for the entirety of our 4 day stay due to a broken machine - no alternative offered. However, my husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast options.
On the plus side, all of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (apart from the officious bar man who told us we couldn’t have a meal when we arrived back from our event and was very unhelpful). The bar and reception areas were well-presented and clean.
We chose this hotel because of proximity to the metro and to the event we were attending.

The hotel and room were lovely and clean. The staff were warm and friendly and the breakfast was good. The bus stops, however were not very near, which made it a bit inconvenient to get to and from the centre of Malaga.

I was scared at first when i saw the highway right in front, but it was THE MOST SILENT room i have ever stayed. Double windows, but with a huge space between them, so super quiet. Clean hotel/room. Tea kettle and coffee in the room. Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Huge Carrefour in front.

The rooms were quite small, and the location wasn’t ideal, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. However, the staff really made a difference they were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay.

While the building is dated and not in an optimal location, the rooms appear newly renovated and are nice. The air conditioning worked ok in august. The beds were a little on the harder side.
