I would recommend this resort to everyone. The food is great in every restaurant, all the areas are extremely cleaned, all the staff is very nice and friendly. The pools and the beach are great.
It also has a great gym, small, but with all the necessary equipment to do a full workout. It is also open 24/7. Randy is the best fitness instructor in the resort!

I had the pleasure of being served by Casandra and Alejandrina at the Enclave Bar during my stay at Hilton La Romana Adults Resort, and they truly made my experience exceptional. Their warm and attentive service made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Both Casandra and Alejandrina went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the delicious drinks to their genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere added a special touch to my stay. I highly recommend stopping by the Enclave Bar to experience their outstanding service!

This resort was a really good value, especially for the price. We stayed at the Adults only side. First thing is the attention to detail with all the landscaping. Second, the welcome feeling you get from all the staff is pretty amazing. The food was pretty good as well, and there is lots of things to choose from. The location of the resort is really nice because you could walk down into Bayahibe the local town. The beaches were really nice but not huge. But, the beach doesn't need to be huge because it's not overcrowded. It seems like there is a good balance of people only wanting to do pool and not the beach. We did the Enclave and it's def worth it. The pools were super clean and maintained. Olga at the Enclave swim up bar is wonderful. Almost all of the other couples we met were returning guests; which tells me a lot. Now I know why they return. We would go back next year.

I really enjoyed our 35 years anniversary in this resort. They have personal approach to their guest. As I an a yogi fan with more that 10 yers of experience, I liked their outdoor yoga classes with excellent water front view. Entertainer Yulieta was very nice with her care.

- [ ] I have nothing to say about this place, location is 10/10, food is really nice, it looks better than in the pictures and everyone is really nice.
- [ ] The only issue I’ve had with our week stay was at the water park. I got electrocuted. This resulted in a very unpleasant evening that ended at the hospital in punta Cana as the resort doctor had encountered some irregularities in my heartbeat and advised me to go to the emergency room.
- [ ] After coming back to the resort at 11 pm i was greeted by the general manager and a few other managers on duty, all worried ( I fear not for my safety but of other repercussions).
- [ ] After i asked for some documents at the concierge desk, the vibe totally changed. Hostile tones and a lot of defensiveness, that changed only when i was coerced into signing a legal waiver (the waiver was presented to me as a “we’re offering you a free candle lit dinner, we just need you to sign this”, and when i tried to read the contents of the document me and my partner were inundated with random questions that I’m sure were just a distraction tactic)
-Fully aware of what I was signing (because you may try to distract me but I’m not an idiot), I decided to squash it there and then to avoid ruining my holiday, and accepted the dinner in exchange for a signature on the legal waiver.
To my surprise, the “500$ romantic pier dinner and bottle of wine ” was nothing but a table on the side of the usual restaurants, that offered the same menu as them, with the same wine offered at every single meal. I was so disappointed but decided not to complain as it was our last night.
- [ ] Prosecco in the room after dinner was a nice touch but was still very weird because it was only given to us because I’d gotten electrocuted and ruined an entire day of my holiday…
- [ ] The morning after we let and the general manager personally saw us off.
- [ ] Everything felt like they were scared of us retaliating legally (we could’ve sued and made a fortune) and not caring about us as customers.
- [ ] The experience did not fully ruin my holiday but surely made me feel a bit weird. I’m sure this is not over (at least on my part), Hilton will be absolutely be hearing from me.
