We spent 7 nights at this hotel as a young couple. The lobby and the rooms appeared to be renovated and pretty nice. However, you could see in other areas, for example the hallways, that it’s an older hotel. But this was a non issue. The room was spacious. However, we booked a room with sea view but were given a room on the first floor with direct view of the pool and show area. The view of the ocean was almost completely obstructed. We asked for another room but were told that this does count as a sea view room and that all other rooms were occupied. The fact that we paid much more for specifically a sea view room and then to not get one was a disappointment. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and many fresh options. The dinner, however, was disappointing. The food was often bland and overcooked, and it was almost the same every night. It did not meet our expectations of a 5 star hotel. The distance to the beach was good. There are shops in close proximity but other than that there is not much to do. Also, be aware that this hotel caters mostly to older people (60+) which made for a quiet and calm atmosphere. The service and the drinks from the bar were always great.

Location of the hotel is very good with direct access to the beach. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only downsides are: - the service and communication from reception staff is unfriendly. They were not welcoming and reluctantly provided information on hotel and things to do in the area. There was a foul smell in the room and the response from the reception was very poor and only changed the room the next day claiming no availability and no sincere effort to correct the situation. - the quality of food at the dinner buffet is below average (so recommend to avoid) but there are multiple restaurants in the area within walking distance with better atmosphere and food.

Great hotel, currently staying here for our honeymoon. Staff are friendly. Guests are mainly of a more mature age and the entertainment suites them. Great base for exploring. Pool lovely and empty, can always get a sunbed, beach a short walk away. Strip of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Great place and great hotel with welcome drinks on arrival.

Loved it!! We stayed at this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. First of all, the staff is just amazing. Everyone we've met has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are very spacious with an amazing bathroom and a large balcony. Food from the buffet was very good. More than enough choice and a good variety from day to day. The staff in the restaurant was very attentive. Food at the poolbar was very good as well. Only let down was the dinner we had in their speciality restaurant Krystal. The quality of food wasn't as good as what we had in the other restaurants and we felt a bit rushed getting three huge portions in a little over an hour. We loved the treatments we got at the spa. I had the best facial ever and my husband had a great massage and good advice for his back pain. The location is perfect. You are next to an amazing beach and have shops and restaurants in walking distance. There is a nice little convenience store next door that has a great ice-cream shop next to it.

Amazing hotel & value for money. Stunning views. Nice drinks and food options. Room was huge and spacious. Private elevator to beach. We want to come back!
