I had an amazing time here. I took my 88 year old grandma to meet her friends from Spain. It was an incredible experience. The staff, the food, the atmosphere all were beyond expectations. Big shout outs to some of the staff including “tormenta”, “slim”, “spicy”, and “sexy black”! These wonderful people had made the experience unforgettable. I will be returning!

This was the most terrible customer service we experienced at any vacation of our lives… We are double black members and have been to numerous Iberostar resorts across the globe, and overall we have been treated very well. Here however, there seems to be absolutely no accountability amongst staff and management. The entire Star Prestige team has incredibly terrible manners and the rudeness is over the top. We reached out to the GM Helena, and she showed very little effort to resolve any of our issues. Something needs to change at this location. I believe it should start with the top…
