Me and my partner stayed here in July 2024 for 7 nights. Overall, it was an amazing stay. We were all inclusive and as a cocktail connoisseur, there was a decent choice of drinks. The food was good in the buffet restaurant (we did not try the other restaurants). I really love how they cook meat on-demand, and the fish and chicken were cooked to perfection every time!
We stayed in a 'waterfront bungalow' which is basically a standard double room in it's own building. It didn't really have a proper view of sea (see first photo - which is the view from the door) but the room itself was nice and well-kept. We were on the ground floor so perhaps the view is better on the floor above.
The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and everyday there were staff out trimming trees etc. I went to the spa on one occasion to get a facial and it was lovely. The main pool and the swim-up pool bar were nice. On our first day we went down to the private beach and it was not busy at all. There is another bar near there which serves the same drinks.
The staff were really amazing and so attentive. Many times at dinner they had ordered more drinks to arrive as soon as we finished our current drink!
The only complaint I have about this hotel is the location, it is quite far from everything if you wish to venture out. We had a rental car so it wasn't too bad.
FYI - we booked with Easyjet and the coach transfer to and from Chania airport was about 2 and a half hours!!

We spent really quality time last month in this hotel. In spite of the hotel is located in the middle of unpopulated area, it suit us because it provided good privacy, calmness and relaxation. You can easily rent a car next to the hotel and go to nearby lovely town for shopping and socializing.
Food was really interesting and good quality. This is family time of resort, without noisy parties or loud music. It offers kind of evening entertainment, but not too disturbingly.
The really good feature this hotel has are artificially built bays which ensures water at the beaches is calm and warm, especially comfortable for families with children.
There was one waitress in the main restaurant - Afroditi, with brown hair, older then others and very very helpful and welcoming. We would ask administration pass our thanks to her.

Wonderful hotel, drove from airport, it loomed up like an oasis amongst all the rocky island, once inside we were greeted with champagne & a rose for my wife.
We booked a bungalow with garden view, we we driven to it in a golf buggy. Hotel is very clean , restaurant staff were very attentive & friendly. 2 pools , main one & quieter one overlooking the sea. All in all would throughly recommend this hotel, the only minus is my wife booked a massage at the spa, but due to feeling unwell had to postpone it, she still wasn't feeling well enough for rearranged date, but when we tried to get refund, we were told, no refund, and at €148, that's a big loss ,so be careful .

My stay at Iberostar Selection Creta Marine was fantastic! The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a serene view from the balcony.
The food was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the fresh local dishes. The amenities, including the pools and spa, were excellent, providing plenty of relaxation and entertainment options.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a perfect vacation spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

Excellent hotel, very modern, very friendly staff, good selection of food. The only problem we had was to find sun bed near main pool. People seems to leave towels early in the morning to reserve beds and leave for good few hours. But other two pools are not as busy as main pool and have a nice relaxing atmosphere.
