Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share our fantastic experience at Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park. From start to finish, it was truly the best holiday we’ve had so far! A special shout-out to Lucy, our room attendant—she was amazing! We were absolutely delighted when we saw how she had cleaned and organized our room. Her attention to detail was beyond expectations, and she even refused any tips we tried to offer. The only way we could express our gratitude was through this review, and I really hope it reaches her management team. Lucy, you are the best! While we had not a very pleasant moments with one of the waitresses at the bar, it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff, in general, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A huge thank you also goes to the entertainment team, especially the performers who wowed us with their Whitney Houston and Celine Dion tribute show! You guys were incredible—your energy and talent made our evenings so special. You’re definitely the best! We are already looking forward to returning, and we can’t wait to see everyone again. A big thank you to all the staff for making our holiday unforgettable!

An absolutely amazing hotel!! The rooms are great and spotless, beds very comfy. Food is gorgeous!! Such a great choice and variety everyday. Everything is so delicious and so fresh!! Drinks great and so many different places to avail of them so you never have far to go. Pools are all brilliant for kids, sunbeds plentiful. Entertainment excellent. Staff all so friendly and great with kids. Walk to the beach is so nice and only 5 mins away, very scenic. Cannot fault anything in this hotel.

Good in any way - have been there once and was going a second time but we unfortunately became sick. The service with booking, the stay and the cancellation of the second trip was all excellent. You can rely on them. Other than that the food is great, the location is great and the kids really liked it.

Lovely, family friendly all-inclusive hotel. Freshly refurbish in 2024. Nice, modern and spacious rooms. Very pretty and clean pool and garden area. Drinks were good, food too, however the food was always cold. We definitely would chose this hotel again though.

We were there with our 3 children from Hungary. We loved the hotel , the food was amazing, the design but what made the hotel is the people who work there. The animators was so kind, they do there job in a perfect way with passion, joy and hapiness! Isabella, Kati, Nilo, Tanya, 2 Davids,Leo and the others thank you again! The show what they made, the Atlantis was so fun, they are really good dancers and I have to mention the beach yoga and pilates and the salsa class as well which was the best! The waitresses and waiters were so kind too, I so every they when a disabled people come, they helpd them kindly and they were so nice with everyone too. Only one thing I can mention what you have to change… the pool water should be hotter a little bit. We enjoyed our holiday and we will come back!
