Absolutely beautiful hotel, fully refurbished in a peaceful and quiet location, The room cleaners are the best I have ever seen and all staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend if you have younger children and want to relax. The facilities are also great and the pools are clean and you can see staff cleaning and taken pride in the hotel throughout the day.

We spent 2 weeks at this hotel in September 2024
What was good!
Checkin was quick and we were given a glass of Sect when we arrived.
Absolutely brilliant kids animation team (Kudos to Katy, Ana, Tanya, Victor and Alex). These guys did a great job keeping the kids happy and all deserve pay rises.
Very friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Hotel has been newly renovated. Public areas were spotless and well maintained.
Rooms were large and clean. The aircon was good and the beds were comfy.
There were plenty of sunloungers by the pool.
Good choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food temperatures were ok. Restaurant staff were friendly, and always smiling.
Very nice beach just 8 walking minutes from the hotel.
Estimated 60% German speaking guests. 20% Spanish, 10% British and 10% other.
Most guest facing staff spoke Spanish, English and German.
What wasn't so good!
There wasn't a dress code at the evening buffet. If there was one, then it wasnt being enforced, as some guests were wearing T-Shirts, casual shorts and Flip-Flops. I even saw a guest wearing crocs, which I personally found off-putting.
The hotel is aimed at families but still I think a dresscode (trousers, shirt and closed shoes for men) should be observed of an evening,. To me the evening buffet had a canteen flare.
The evening shows were low budget and monotonous. Watching scantily clad young women airing their crotches for 45mins whilst doing handstands on chairs, sliding down poles and swinging from hoops isn't my idea of a family show. In other 4 star hotels we have been to the evening shows have been more professional and varied.
We therefore generally gave the shows here a wide berth and rather went to bed early so that we could instead take in the magnificantly beautiful sunrise.
I doubt you will find a better hotel for families with young kids (12 and under) on Fuerteventura and I couldn't recommend the hotel more highly. What it does well it does very well.
We had a great stay and made some great memories.

Here currently and it's a nice all inclusive for a sun break but be warned it's VERY BORING!! There's almost no nightlife, the "entertainment" finishes at about 10pm and then then the bar staff are entirely focused on closing up and going home. We got to their bowling alley at 10:15 and they wouldn't let us play because it takes 20mins!!?? Maybe nice if you're over 70 but it's a seriously dull boring resort in the evening with amateurish entertainment not even free drinks can get you through

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Stayed here for the second time. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The animation team were so good, Kati and Tania especially. There is always something to do for the children and the adults are looked after too with cocktail making and other activities. The rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but they are clean and spacious. Housekeeping were excellent and the towels were replaced by lunchtime every day.

We stayed here for 10 days in August/Sept. It was brilliant for our kids (we have an 8, 6 and almost 4 Yr old) the swimming pools were very nice. The staff are great, especially the entertainment team, who were amazing with both adults and children. Plenty of food choice at each seating throughout the day and everyday had a different theme. The rooms were basic but clean and tidy. The location is OK, Morro Jable is roughly a 10 min drive (roughly 7 euros).
