The reviews don’t lie, we had such an amazing experience here! We’ve been to a few all inclusive before, but this one tops all I’d have to say. My first impressions are that it was very organized, clean, friendly and beautiful!
EVERY encounter with staff was amazing! They are all SO SO friendly. We never had a bad or even neutral experience. You feel so welcomed by everyone and they are very helpful. We travelled with our toddler and the activities/ shows they have for children was great! Special thank you to Carmen who always treated our son like he was her own, she was incredible! He is going to miss her for sure. Thank you for making it such a fun experience for him Carmen!
The food even though it’s a buffet style, was pleasant! Very rarely did we select something that wasn’t really our favourite. They had a wide selection of food every day and they change up the menu constantly which is nice. The restaurant staff are all so sweet as well. Also another special thank you to Richard at the restaurant, always going out of his way to say hi to our son and have fun with him. He was so sweet!
My only complaints really about the hotel are, the pool is verrrrrrrrry cold. So if you go on the off season like we did, prepare, if the days aren’t hot, the pool will feel like a polar bear dip.
Secondly the rooms are okay, we got a sea view and it wasn’t anything exciting to be honest. The bedding could be improved to be more comfortable, but the service staff are great and make up the room every day to perfection. Again all of them were so hospitable.

Can't recommend this enough. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Food is fabulous with different themes evey night. Pool is amazing, with fitness classes every day and daily aqua gym to burn off the food. We booked a family holiday at the end of October and all enjoyed it. Thanks to ALL the staff, you're an amazing team👍

Nice play to stay for 1 or 2 weeks. But you need to rent a car unless you want to stay and be lazy. Rooms are good and clean. Very professional service and very friendly staff. They try and will help you in any way they can. The food is plenty and more then you can eat.
Nice place to stay.

Great hotel for a family holiday for a week. Room was good quality, staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. All inc food was the best I've had from my limited (3 previous all inc holidays). There isn't a great deal to do locally but if you want a lazy week and have young children this place is a good option. I've never been back to the same hotel but would consider coming back here when I need some r&r. Gracias

It's just so beautifully decorated & well maintained. It has a beautiful breakfast room with lots of choice to suit every palette. The pool area is huge with plenty of sunbeds & areas to sit, drink & relax. All the entertainment is well organised & varied with something to suit every guest. It's perfect
