Great place to stay! I was here with my wife and daughter and we love it! The food and staff were great! The beach was amazing and clean.

Stayed for a one week vacation with my adult children. We each had a room on the 3rd floor facing the pool and ocean. The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff was superb and bent over backwards to help meet any of our needs! From front desk to restaurant to the bar to housekeeping.everyone on staff was pleasant and very helpful. We heard that new management had bought the premises and they are “restructuring”the hotel , we truly hope that the staff gets rehired ! They are what made our vacation even more memorable. I also hope that the new management does not take away the charm of this hotel.

Very chaotic and disorganized when it comes to check in and check out. I had to wait close to an hour to get my room key, even though I reserved months in advance. The establishment needs to have at least 3 people working front desk. One for checkins, one for checkouts and one for other matters. They only had one person doing everything, and an assistant who was in training. This is too much for one person, and it bodes for terrible customer service. There are a bunch of hidden charges when you check out, including a daily fee for cleaning service. The bar was great. They made the best drinks and the staff at both the restaurant and bar were amazing. The food was really good too. Location is great. They have access to a great beach front and are located on the St. Lawrence Gap. They are also only a 10 minute drive from the airport. This place is great for day visits, but I will choose to stay elsewhere if I return to Barbados for vacation.

Great experience smooth check in and out. Customer service with the spa was poor, the expectation wa that i reach out to the spa employee via what's app to find out availability etc as opposed to front desk staff having that information and have the ability to schedule guests needles to say I attempted to get an appointment multiple times without succeeding. Restaurant area, bar and pool absolutely enjoyed!!.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Super nice staff, and that's what made the stay even better. It did get hot and felt like the ac wasn't cooling fast enough. I also had to unplug things to find an outlet to charge my phone, but we made it work. I enjoyed the hospitality and amazing customer service the front desk and restaurant staff showed. It was a super clean and comfortable hotel. Be aware of the music played on the Gap but I was able to sleep even with them playing late into the early morning. The views off the ocean were👌🏽. I would stay here again. Camille, Cynthia and everyone else (I forgot names😏) were super super nice and polite and sweet. Remember to slow down because you're in island time!
