Our stay at InterContinental Phuket was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible food, warm hospitality, and impeccable customer service. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making our time there feel special and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to Mam, Benz, Dear, and Tao for their outstanding service during the buffet breakfast each morning. They made the experience seamless and so enjoyable with their attentiveness and genuine care. It was the perfect way to start each day. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming escape in Phuket!

We're checking out today after a wonderful, albeit short, visit. The entire team at the Intercontinental Phuket was excellent, from Lady at check-in, to the bellboy, breakfast staff, and pool attendants. Everyone was clearly well-trained. The head chef at Pinto was particularly welcoming, preparing special dishes for us that were a delightful start to our day. For constructive feedback, I'd suggest that some areas, like the condition of sun beds and the leaves around the hillside pool, pool lounge by the upper floor of Jaras restaurant appeared a bit neglected. If the team paid closer attention to these details, similar to the meticulous care given to the Pine bar area, I believe the overall guest experience would be even more enhanced. However, overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

**A Wonderful Stay at This Hotel!** We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is amazing, with a pristine beach and soft white sand. Secondly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The level of service was exceptional. On our first day, we were assigned a room on the ground floor, which we weren't too pleased with since we had booked a room with a view. However, the next day, the receptionist kindly moved us to a room with a stunning view and even offered us a complimentary breakfast as compensation. The on-site restaurants had a wide variety of menu options, and the dishes were expertly prepared. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday brunch featuring seafood; it was truly delightful! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway, and we definitely plan to return ourselves! Dmitrii and Nina from New Zealand

The hotel staff were amazing—always smiling and incredibly helpful. The hotel has several really good restaurants, and our experience at HOM was truly unforgettable. The rooms were decent but didn’t quite meet our expectations for a luxury hotel. For example, there was no air conditioning in the bathroom, and we barely had space to store our suitcases. The beach is quite far from the hotel. The property is divided into two sections, which means you constantly have to walk back and forth to reach the beach area. Breakfast was good, but it was the same every day—no variety or change, which became a bit repetitive.

The hotel crew is super nice!! The hotel itself is very beautiful and well organized. Breakfast offers a wide range for different culinary experiences. The beach (Kamala) is very close and accessible. Mr.Ice helped me in the reception desk and was very kind to offer the help of the crew in planning our next days, as well as finding us the best room. They also set up a beautiful birthday complimentary decorations and cake for my wife's Birthday!
