⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best hotels in Phuket! We’ve been living in Phuket for 5 years and have stayed at many hotels - and this one truly stands out. The service and cleanliness are absolutely impeccable. The staff create a warm, caring atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. The territory is stunning - full of lush greenery and elegant architecture. Room service is the best (and most delicious!) we’ve ever had - we didn’t even want to go out for dinner. They also remembered my birthday and surprised me with a cake and nuts, which was so thoughtful. The rooms are pure comfort - the kind you never want to leave. The mattress and pillows are perfect, the bathroom and toiletries are high-quality. I managed to rest here in 3 days more than I usually do in 10. Thank you so much to the hotel and the wonderful staff for making our stay unforgettable! ❤️

I had such a great time staying at the Intercontinental Phuket! The resort is beautiful and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. What stood out the most was the amazing hospitality from everyone there. The staff at Pinto Restaurant during breakfast were especially friendly and helpful. Thank you to the staff team: Khun Sa, Khun Tik, Khun Pui, the chef, and the other staff members for always making sure we had everything we needed with a big smile. It really made the mornings extra special. I can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you arrive. The facilities are excellent, and the beach and pool areas are truly stunning. I would like to give special recognition to Zeus at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, provided great recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and effortless. Thanks to the hotel’s high standards and Zeus’s exceptional service, my experience was unforgettable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint. A special shoutout to the wonderful team at Pin To Restaurant — they truly made our mornings extra special. We had breakfast there every morning, and the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They remembered our preferences, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Thank you to everyone at InterContinental Phuket for another memorable stay — we can’t wait to come back again!

Where beach meets luxury meets class and meets kindness! Loved our stay at the intercontinental Phuket! The club lounge service is next level incredible! We had personalized service at arrival of lounge with Honey! She was kind, funny and courteous! The club lounge offers breakfast, afternoon high tea and evening cocktails everyday! The food and pastries is great, but what’s best of all is the service! We were fortunate to be served daily by Opor, Napa, Nush and Aom! From fresh papaya to hand crafted cocktails to my never ending request for teas, these guys served with a smile and accommodated all my requests! I am so grateful for them to make my trip special! We stayed in the beachfront rooms which were spectacular! The housekeeping was on point and rooms were spacious and clean! Loved our stay! Can’t wait to be back!
