Not only did they help us extend our stay by booking an additional night, but they also went above and beyond to secure a fantastic rate for us. The beach was absolutely beautiful—everything we could have hoped for and more. What stood out the most for us was how kid-friendly the resort is. We spent three incredible days at this hotel, and everything—from the room to the spa—was absolute perfection. The service was outstanding, with a special mention for the spa, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating. We traveled with our three-year-old son, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome. The Kids’ Club was phenomenal, providing a wonderful space for children to enjoy themselves. We had two perfect weeks of vacation. The room was beautifully spacious and always impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet was generous and truly met all our expectations. The hotel's location is ideal, and the beach is pristine. With five pools to enjoy, there was never a dull moment. TA and JOKE left a lasting impression on us, and the other staff members were equally friendly and attentive. We would gladly return at any time!

The room is spacious and beautiful. Amenities are high quality. Service is top notch. The staff are all helpful and professional. A true 5 star resort. Only one thing to improve: it would be nice if the staff serve drinking water at the beach bar/ sunbed. While I was eating, I had to leave the table to go get the water. But coming back to the birds that were eating my food.
