I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray! The service and food were absolutely top-notch, exceeding all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Dubai!

This was our second time at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and the gym, and my son even had the chance to practice boxing as they provided punching bags and gloves.
Our room cleaner, Strikant, made our stay perfect. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and his kindness was truly commendable. Every day, we found a new towel animal on our bed, which added a touch of fun to our stay.
The restaurants are also good. While the dinner buffet offers fewer options than before, it wasn’t an issue since fewer guests seem to use it in the evening. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. However, my son did notice the absence of sausages and bacon, but we understood and appreciated that this is respectful of the local culture.
One difference we noticed compared to our first visit was that complimentary access to the Wild Wadi Water Park is no longer included. This wasn’t a problem for us, though. We also noticed more families with young children than before, but they were generally well-behaved, so it didn’t affect our experience.
Overall, it was once again a very pleasant holiday, and we highly recommend the hotel.

I spent my New Year’s Eve at this upscale hotel in Dubai and had a generally positive stay, but there are a few things to note for potential guests. The quality of the hotel is undeniable, with top-notch service, a beautiful ambiance, and an excellent breakfast spread that left a good impression. The staff were professional, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
However, one major drawback was the handling of the New Year’s Eve celebration. I was traveling solo and was seated alone at a table during the main event. This was a bit isolating, as many travelers, myself included, enjoy the opportunity to socialize on such a special night. It felt like an oversight that could have been easily avoided by offering a more social seating arrangement. I would highly recommend that the hotel consider this feedback for future events, as it could create a more inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for solo travelers.
All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities, but if you're traveling solo during a big event like New Year’s Eve, it might be worth inquiring about seating arrangements beforehand to avoid feeling left out. A small adjustment in this area would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
