My stay at this hotel was ok. The hotel itself is beautiful and service is great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However the breakfast really upset me. I was looking forward for a lovely breakfast every morning but I was served the same garbage every single everyday. I tried giving it multiples tries but it would be the same. The only thing that kept me going was the orange juice. There were only 3 cuisines and all three were horrible. I paid for this service just for it to make my stomach upset. I don’t want the hotel to take any offence but take this information and implement it and try improve the breakfast. Another thing id like to add is that the rooms need more lighting coming from a girl that likes to do makeup. Xx

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and the pool area, which were perfect for relaxation. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious cuisines. Overall, I would rate Zabeel Saray Hotel a solid 5 out of 5 for its outstanding service and luxurious experience! I spent my New Year’s Eve at this upscale hotel in Dubai and had a generally positive stay, but there are a few things to note for potential guests. The quality of the hotel is undeniable, with top-notch service, a beautiful ambiance, and an excellent breakfast spread that left a good impression. The staff were professional, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
However, one major drawback was the handling of the New Year’s Eve celebration. I was traveling solo and was seated alone at a table during the main event. This was a bit isolating, as many travelers, myself included, enjoy the opportunity to socialize on such a special night. It felt like an oversight that could have been easily avoided by offering a more social seating arrangement. I would highly recommend that the hotel consider this feedback for future events, as it could create a more inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere for solo travelers.
All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities, but if you're traveling solo during a big event like New Year’s Eve, it might be worth inquiring about seating arrangements beforehand to avoid feeling left out. A small adjustment in this area would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

The best we could have asked for a family reunion. Very spacious 4 bed room villa with complete essentials made our stay more memorable. The villa comes with its own Gym though we could not find time to use it due to availability of other facilities. The life guards in the pool were very attentive and the kids pool and kids park was very much enjoyed by my grand daughter. The biggest compliment I can give is to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. All of us used the Spa which is one of the largest in the Middle East and the cleanliness and the decor of the Spa makes you feel the Ottoman era completely

Amazing!!! This is my fifth time at this hotel and I still love everything about it.
Since the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the night shift manager. He was very nice and attentive. The staff at the hotel made our stay very exquisite and unique. Said, the guy that serves tea and coffee at the lobby was always very polite and attentive.
I have always enjoyed the old Arabian vibes from the hotel. It gave off such a unique experience. It was very different from all the other hotels and have given me such amazing experiences I will never forget.
I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend it. It has become one of my absolute favorite hotels. Thanks to Said, as well as the rest of the staff.
