You don't need to stay at the resor to enjoy the fun here! Family purchased a day pass to spend at the pool. Service was great, pool was perfect. There was painting set up on the beach for kids, that you can walk to from the pool area and a huge blow up water slide and trampoline for kids on the beach water. You walk through the lobby to get to the pool while enjoying the different art displays, ornate decor and a few small boutiques on the way.

This was our second time at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, and we were not disappointed. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The facilities are excellent, especially the spa and the gym, and my son even had the chance to practice boxing as they provided punching bags and gloves. Our room cleaner, Strikant, made our stay perfect. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and his kindness was truly commendable. Every day, we found a new towel animal on our bed, which added a touch of fun to our stay. The restaurants are also good. While the dinner buffet offers fewer options than before, it wasn’t an issue since fewer guests seem to use it in the evening. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. However, my son did notice the absence of sausages and bacon, but we understood and appreciated that this is respectful of the local culture. One difference we noticed compared to our first visit was that complimentary access to the Wild Wadi Water Park is no longer included. This wasn’t a problem for us, though. We also noticed more families with young children than before, but they were generally well-behaved, so it didn’t affect our experience. Overall, it was once again a very pleasant holiday, and we highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Situated at the end of the palm, it has great views when lounging around by the pool/beach. The half board dine around was excellent with the choice to eat at other hotels in Dubai too!

We stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, and it was one of the best experiences. The staff are very accommodating, welcomed us with a lot of respect and dedication. They treated our children with love and care, just what we needed to make sure the children were comfortable. Especially Mr Sunil, Mr William was very helpful Especially when my child was unwell. Also helped to set up my and my child's birthday. They made us feel very special. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and tidy, the breakfast was amazing too. Sunita - Lifeguard at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray During our honeymoon at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray, we had the pleasure of meeting Sunita, who truly made our experience even more special. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and polite, always with a warm smile. One day when the pool was empty at the time we went, she kindly offered to take photos of us, capturing beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. Not only did she go out of her way to make us feel comfortable, but she also took the time to chat with us, making us feel welcomed even during the sweltering heat! I hadn’t seen him since my very first stay at the Jumeriah Zabeel Saray 8 8 years ago! He remembered me and I introduced him to my newlywed wife. He congratulated us and was so hospitable, friendly and even took our photos on the first day. He was full of knowledge of where the best places would be to go to as a newlywed couple. Robish, Richard and Hafiz also took photos of us every time we saw them for our honeymoon photo album. They were so friendly and made sure we got the local cabs as we got ripped off on a private one on the trip from the airport to the hotel. We had good conversations with them all. THANK YOU! I bought her here to this hotel as this is where I stayed previously with my family many years ago and wanted her to experience the same level of hospitality that I raved on about to her when I speak of my time in Dubai 8 years ago. Omar kindly recognised that we had just arrived in Dubai at 8am and we were jetlagged. I explained to him that it was my wifes birthday and we really needed to check in early, Omar very kindly arranged a temporary room for us on the ground floor and gave us a voucher out of kindness to have breakfast as we hadn’t eaten in over 16 hours. Omar was hospitable, kind and though of our needs for our honeymoon, he even gave us a late checkout on our last day as it was an evening flight. He was happy to hear that I bought my wife hear because of my pleasant experience previously. Thank you Omar for making me impress my newlywed wife on how AMAZING, luxurious and caring the staff are at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray. Thank you for going that extra mile, we really appreciate it.
