So many people recommended this hotel to us, and they were absolutely right! It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is very family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for young kids, with essentials like high chairs, kids’ cutlery, plates, a sterilizer, cot, and bedding. The hotel isn’t the most modern, but it’s far from run down – everything is pristine and well-maintained. The staff was experienced and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. We loved having a 7-Eleven right outside for quick snack runs, and each of the hotel’s restaurants offered a unique experience with delicious food. Breakfast had something for everyone, with a wide range of options. The bed was super comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and pillows was top-notch. The hotel location was ideal – close to the airport yet secluded enough to feel like a real getaway, with easy beach access. We honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing about this place!

Service was great and I felt very welcomed at the hotel. They had live performances, balloon making and portrait sketching around the lobby at different times of the day. The problem I had (and a big one) was that the hotel is very very very old. The bed had a bad smell and pillows were very flat. The water temperature at the shower was either very hot or very cold, no in between. There were some noises coming from the aircon in the middle of the night as well. I think it’s probably time for the hotel to consider a renovation and refresh some of their furniture. But apart from that, it’s nice.

We just returned from an incredible 4-day, 3-night stay at JW Marriott Phuket, and it was nothing short of fabulous! Every time we stay with JW Marriott, it feels like coming home, and this trip was no exception. The level of hospitality and warmth from the entire staff was outstanding, and their attention to detail and consistent service really made our stay extra special. From the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, the reception, and even the bellboys, everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The service is so consistent across the board, and it’s what makes JW Marriott stand out for us every time. A special shoutout to Olive and team manager Golf from Cucina, the Italian restaurant, for making our dining experience even more wonderful. You guys are simply fabulous – keep up the great work! We’re already looking forward to our next visit, and if it’s not Phuket, we’re excited to continue having amazing experiences with the JW family elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon, the hotel was amazing. They walked us to our room when we checked in and had special treats waiting for us. They even had a handwritten note for us. The views, food and staff are top notch. The only downside is the resort isn’t close to the city, but they offer shuttles. So if you managed to make to the resort, a quick shuttle to the city shouldn’t be a deal breaker. The lobby view feels like a screen saver.

Went here with the family and stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments. It had 3 TVs. It also had a sofa bed. The room was perfect for the 5 of us. We got to enjoy the pools. It's great that they have the "Quiet Pool" for those who want to just chill by the pool without music and loud noises. The breakfast buffet was also great! I got to try the famous French Toast - 5/5. The SPA was really great! Pricy but worth it! They also have a daycare.
