This is a beautiful hotel, and it is not expensive. They have a portion of the hotel that is dedicated as Beach Club (time share) so they maintain the resort to impeccable standards. It is very private but also has many services within walking distance. All Phuket attractions are driving distance away, but this is true of nearly every resort in Phuket. The buffet breakfast is legendary. The other on site restaurants are a bit overpriced. There are cheap choices on the edges of the property, but overall somewhat limited. Hotel has a travel desk on site and can arrange any tourist activities you desire

I have been on quite a few overseas hoidays but this was my favorite. The beach is great, the rooms were always clean. This is an easy 5 stars. The buffet breakfast is the best I've ever been to. So lucky to have been here.

What stood out most were the hospitality & service the staff displayed - they truly went above & beyond to make us feel at home. Special call out to Ladda who was so kind to my toddler & us, making complimentary bear pancakes for him & gifting us flower tea leaves to bring home just because my husband said he likes to tea! We hardly felt the need to leave the resort throughout our 4D3N trip.

Best possible hotel service: extremely friendly staff who is extremely well trained!!! Got a free room upgrade to a wonderful luxury king room, 3 great pools (ideal for swimmers with 100 m swimming lane, but also very good area for kids), wonderful gardens, several restaurants (quality of food mixed, but we also did not try all of them), great lobby bar, entertainment program … Beach is good, but can be difficult for walking barefoot. Did not try out swimming in the sea. Anyway, had a wonderful stay here! I will definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

I couldn’t say enough great things about my stay in Phuket, but this place made everything so pleasant. Great food, amazing staff, and are all willing to make your day much better. I had a late flight and they allowed to use the lounge and made sure I was fed and nourished. Do not hesitate to book here!
