I couldn’t say enough great things about my stay in Phuket, but this place made everything so pleasant. Great food, amazing staff, and are all willing to make your day much better. I had a late flight and they allowed to use the lounge and made sure I was fed and nourished. Do not hesitate to book here!

So many people recommended this hotel to us, and they were absolutely right! It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is very family-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for young kids, with essentials like high chairs, kids’ cutlery, plates, a sterilizer, cot, and bedding.
The hotel isn’t the most modern, but it’s far from run down – everything is pristine and well-maintained. The staff was experienced and incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home.
We loved having a 7-Eleven right outside for quick snack runs, and each of the hotel’s restaurants offered a unique experience with delicious food. Breakfast had something for everyone, with a wide range of options.
The bed was super comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and pillows was top-notch.
The hotel location was ideal – close to the airport yet secluded enough to feel like a real getaway, with easy beach access.
We honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing about this place!

Amazing stay! We have stayed at many luxury resorts and this one truly tops making our honeymoon memorable.
We first want to thank Mercedes, who ensured that our check in was seamless. She then coordinated a few honeymoon surprises making us feel so special and welcome.
Then at breakfast, Ado stopped by and I mentioned if they had a specific type of milk. They did not but then next day they remembered, and had gone to buy the milk! I really have never had such thoughtful and kind service.
Housekeeping also was very sweet and attentive to the room.
Beyond that the resort is very beautiful, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar and room service. Will return for sure !! Thank you!

The hotel has a beautiful traditional design, but it is old and has some issues like insects. Its location at the beginning of Phuket is far from everything, requiring at least 1.5 hours to reach most attractions. The prices are high compared to its condition and age. I wouldn’t recommend it for young people looking for a modern or centrally located place.

Took me a long time to research alternatives and decide for a hotel. JW is a great resort overall with major shortcomings.
Service is flawless. Everyone is friendly and supporting. Also the rooms are good - well maintained. The beach is 5min walking distance. The breakfast quality is great - although prepare to wait 10-15min if you go after 9am
However, the location is a bit tough… if you want to do ANY activities in Phuket (whether it is exploring the city, going in a boat trip or Ladyboy show) prepare to drive 1-1.5h ONE-WAY…! This resort is very remote from all activities. And many grab drivers will cancel your ride because it is frankly too far.
Another issue is the pool chair situation. The are not nearly enough chairs. Don’t even try to find a chair after 9am. People also just come here early in the morning, reserve a chair with a towel and disappear for half the day. The staff can’t do anything against it. Overall relatively frustrating.
