I don’t know where to even begin, but let me start by sharing that the moment you step in the resort, the space around captures you. In a way that no other building connects, this resort is designed to bring you peace and calm. We spent 3 nights and came out completely rejuvenated. The sunset views across the property and the beach are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, you have extremely polite staff and the food, you’ll continue to eat your fingers. 6 different restaurant options across cuisines. The SPA is overpriced, but the pools are meticulous whether you know how to swim or not. 5/5 . Special mention to Rainbow who made our check in checkout smooth and Kate for bringing us delightful coffee at Siam Deli. PS - I would love to meet the person who designed this resort as it is a true masterpiece.

An exceptional stay at JW Marriott Phuket! We spent six nights here and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the housekeeping team kept everything perfect, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The resort feels like a tropical paradise with lush gardens, pristine pools, and direct beach access. The breakfast and restaurants were top-notch, offering a mix of Thai and international dishes. Every corner of the property is designed for relaxation, and the service truly makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phuket – we can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay and was sad to leave. Absolutely worth the expense. Wish we could have stayed twice as long. If you can, go to the spa. The spa is the best massage I have had. The moment you put your head down on the table you are transported to a level for rest and relaxation that is somthing special. Can’t wait to return in the future

I wish I could give this resort more than five stars. They made my family feel welcome. They did an amazing job with my daughters wedding.. The staff were attentive and friendly. They remembered our names and room numbers to ensure we were seated together during breakfast. They set up a birthday location and a birthday party for my eight year-old, which she loved. I cannot give this resort enough praises.

The most perfect family vacation resort! Our family with 3 young children had an unforgettable time here. The resort is huge with everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Fun activities were scattered around the resort and they also have a small turtle shelter where the kids can engage in turtle feeding daily. There are also cool performances like sunset rituals and fire dancing. There is a fun water slide at the pool and one area of the pool is very shallow and perfect for young kids to splash around. The location is a bit far away from the center but we were happy to mostly stay in the resort. The most exceptional part of our experience was the warm and out of this world service. We were always greeted with friendly smiles and the staff always interacted so kindly with our young children, even when they were acting wild or having a tough time. A server offered to hold my baby or feed her when we were struggling with lunch and a staff at the pool ran over to adjust the beach umbrella so my baby wouldn’t be in the sun during her nap. I was really impressed by how attentive and caring the staff were. At the end of our trip my son did not want to leave and said he wanted to live at this resort! We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning.
