Incredible place to stay. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, from receptionists, to parking staff, house keeping, waiters at the restaurant…they were at your service 24/7 and went above and beyond to meet every request and make your stay as carefree as possible. Special thanks to the house keeping staff - every time we went outside, we came back to a spotless room. Various food was offered for breakfast and everything was delicious. The location is perfect - not to far from main Dubai sightseeing locations, but not to close to traffic so we had a very quiet and relaxing stay.

Special thanks to manager rumelia for arranging the stay for us and the entire team who taking care of our stay. truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable , and to our surprise, she arranged a wonderful birthday celebration for us. From the moment we arrived, they ensured everything was perfectly planned—decorating the room with thoughtful touches and even organizing a special treat to mark the occasion. We had a pleasant experience during our stay, largely due to the friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to the reception team for accommodating our early check-in and generous late check-out; this was a delightful surprise! Initially, we paid to upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite, but we found it somewhat disappointing. The suite had limited supplies and lacked the welcoming local snacks we typically enjoy at other 5-star hotels. Additionally, there was an issue with water flooding the washroom floor due to gaps in the shower room door. When we switched back to a standard room, we were pleased to be placed on the top floor, which we appreciated much more. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay, and Jane's friendly approach made it even better. She patiently explained the local dishes, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the friendly staff and great location outweighed the negatives.

I’ve been to Salero several times, but my visit today was extra exceptional, thanks to Juliana's warm hospitality and friendliness. Eating alone can sometimes be awkward and weird, but she made me feel welcome. I will definitely come back.
