I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff specially Miss Fatima went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was smooth, and I truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail.

I stayed at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates for 2 nights, and it was truly the best experience ever! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food—everything we tried was delicious and of the highest quality. But what made the stay extra special was the pool experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service by the pool was exceptional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make us feel pampered. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return.

I stayed at this hotel last December and had a good experience, but this time was very disappointing. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. There was a constant damp towel-like smell in the corridor and room, and even after calling room service for an air freshener, no one came during my 4-day stay. The female lobby restroom was in very poor condition — the hand spray didn’t work properly, and the water flow was extremely weak. I reported it to the reception, but nothing was fixed. It felt like the staff just wanted to brush off the complaint rather than address it. The gym was another letdown — just a small room with very limited equipment. Overall, very disappointed with the facilities and staff this time. Definitely not the same standard I experienced before.
