Incredible place to stay. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, from receptionists, to parking staff, house keeping, waiters at the restaurant…they were at your service 24/7 and went above and beyond to meet every request and make your stay as carefree as possible. Special thanks to the house keeping staff - every time we went outside, we came back to a spotless room. Various food was offered for breakfast and everything was delicious. The location is perfect - not to far from main Dubai sightseeing locations, but not to close to traffic so we had a very quiet and relaxing stay.

We are an event organizing company, and I booked a room for an artist two weeks before their arrival. We reserved the room for an early check-in. I communicated with the marketing team, the sales team, and the booking team, and all of them confirmed the arrangement. However, on the day of arrival, we did not receive the promised service. For Dubai, this is a very low standard and a poor representation for star-level artists. I did not expect such treatment, especially after calling a day before and getting confirmation for the early check-in. We were made to wait, nothing was compensated, and no proper apologies were made. Our company received a fine because of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! The service is far below expectations. I hope people make the right choice by not booking this hotel.

We had a pleasant experience during our stay, largely due to the friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to the reception team for accommodating our early check-in and generous late check-out; this was a delightful surprise! Initially, we paid to upgrade from a standard room to a junior suite, but we found it somewhat disappointing. The suite had limited supplies and lacked the welcoming local snacks we typically enjoy at other 5-star hotels. Additionally, there was an issue with water flooding the washroom floor due to gaps in the shower room door. When we switched back to a standard room, we were pleased to be placed on the top floor, which we appreciated much more. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay, and Jane's friendly approach made it even better. She patiently explained the local dishes, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the friendly staff and great location outweighed the negatives.

Had an incredible experience at Aspen in the Kempinski next to Mall of the Emirates! We enjoyed a variety of delicious coffees and teas, accompanied by a perfect mix of savory and sweet bites. The cookies were absolutely delightful—fresh and flavorful. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. A special shout-out to Tatiana for her exceptional service—she made our visit even more enjoyable with her warm and attentive approach. Highly recommend this spot for a luxurious and relaxing experience. We’ll definitely be back!
