We were extremely pleased with everything about our stay – the room, food, bars, location, and facilities were all fantastic. But the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. I've never experienced such consistent friendliness from an entire hotel team. Every single interaction was positive, which really elevated our holiday.

We stayed all inclusive through Jet2 and overall had a lovely holiday. The staff are welcoming & friendly and the hotel is situated in the perfect location for the shops, restaurants & beach. I was a little disappointed with the rooms, to say it is a 4 star hotel we did notice some issues that just made it feel a little unclean and unkept such as a cigarette burn in the sofa, hair in the bed, a fusty drain smell and we did encounter a couple of cockroaches which came from the vent and made us wary of putting the air conditioning on. The pool could’ve been warmer, it was pretty cold so there was never anyone in it. Also wanted to use the sauna and jacuzzi but wasn’t able to without paying €80 for a massage too so didn’t. That being said, we had a lovely time. I slept well and the shower was very nice. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was nice and peaceful but also entertaining where needed. There was a wide selection of food to choose from at every meal time and lots of drinks included at the bar. Most of the food was nice and I’m still missing the yummy cakes! I would come back for the cakes alone😄

Fantastic from start to finish. Location in the resort was perfect with everything a short walk away. Hotel excellent from rooms to food and drink, and other facilities aided by friendly and professional hotel and animation staff who all made our staff all the more enjoyable. Looking forward to returning soon. Thanks guys !

Weird experience… claims to be all inclusive, however there are other 2 levels of all inclusive, so for better drinks, beds at the pool or spa you have to pay extra… Food is very good. The rest of the hotel does not reach the standard of the 4star hotel. Dirty sofas, low end quality of furniture, football and other activities with terrible equipment, usually old or destroyed balls. Plastic grass not cleaned. Towels for beach… you need to pay for exchange every time. Bubble whirlpool was so chemical that you could smell the chlorine water in 20 m distance.The hotel was for 6000 EUR (including flights from Prague, which are 1500 EUR) for week at Christmas/New Year and absolutely NOT value for money….

Well located hotel and a fair price for what you get rooms, and grounds are spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Food selection is limited but always tasty and hot. The homemade pizzas are by the far the best of any hotel we have stayed in. Drinks on all-inclusive are limited and local but a reasonable selection and good measures. Not just an English hotel but a good mix of all nationalities including lots of spainish at weekends. Would definitely come back again. The only slight negative is that there is very little indoor seating available during the day.
