A nice resort, uniquely beautiful green architecture. They service very tasty food (especially the ton-son been burger) and staff are friendly. The gym is open 24hrs which is convenient. The resort offers a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, and the breakfast is delicious and is open until 11:00AM. However, our room (Mali Wing Ocean view) had many ants for some reason and didn’t have a bathtub. Recommended.

The location here is nice, super privacy beach and relax as not many tourist around. Staffs here also super friendly. I personally love the pool because very depth which is 2.3meter. Just shortfall is this hotel has been here for many many years, need to renovated to more modern rooms but toilet is still nice.

Feel impressed with tall security guy was awesome Super friendly, professional, and really went out of his way to help. He even shared great tips on where to go in Phuket — cool local spots, beaches, and places I wouldn’t have found on my own. He had such a great attitude and really cared about making sure I had a good experience. Totally made my trip better.

Bigote VAG

The hotel was a mixed bag, the check in was terrible the lady was rude and not accommodating and they didn't acknowledge in any way the Titanium membership so no added benefit was given. Lucky I booked a sea view room just to guarantee otherwise I would surely have had their worst room. Throughout the trip the concierge was not available and unhelpful. The rooms are also dated need renovation and when things were sent to my room they were left on the floor as if thrown into the room. The recipie breakfast the aircon one the one to seat us was incredibly rude and when we mentioned bonvoy back to checkin they didn't have our room so we just went on our own and were greeted very kindly. Ok thats the bad but hotel also has their greats the bonvoy bfast staff are amazing, the ton son staff also great super nice and helpful the cleaning time are excellent and greet guests and do an amazing job. The beach is fantastic. If the hotel can fix a few bad apples I think it will go a long way. But at the moment they are not 5 star a hard sell at 4 also.

I am currently staying here (23rd–27th Aug 2025). What should have been a relaxing 4-day birthday trip is unfortunately turning sour due to the unprofessional behavior of a front desk staff member named Chananyapak. I have traveled to over 50 countries and stayed at more than 500 hotels of similar stature, and I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional service from a front desk before. To be clear, my 2-star rating is only because of this front desk experience. Every other aspect of the hotel (pool service, room service, restaurant, spa) is excellent. Here’s what happened: 1. On check-in (23rd Aug), I was charged THB 8,000 as a deposit. I was told that if my final bill exceeded this amount, I could settle the balance upon checkout, and if it was less, the difference would be refunded. Fair enough. 2. As of 25th Aug, my bill had reached THB 13,371. In good faith, I approached the front desk to pay the remaining balance of THB 5,371. 3. Instead of acknowledging the deposit and taking the balance, Ms. Chananyapak insisted I pay the full amount of THB 13,371, claiming that otherwise I would “have no deposit left” for the last two nights. When I pointed out that this contradicted what I was told at check-in, she had no reasonable explanation. This is not only confusing, it’s also misleading. Why take a deposit first if you then demand full payment once the bill crosses that amount, while still holding the deposit? A proper front desk should either (a) clearly explain policies during check-in, or (b) allow the guest to settle everything at checkout, as initially communicated. I’ve noticed other reviews mentioning poor front desk experiences here, and now I completely understand. One bad interaction at the front desk can overshadow all the great work of the rest of the staff, since every guest has to pass through that point. At 220 USD per night, front desk professionalism should match the level of service in other departments. Sadly, Ms. Chananyapak falls far below that standard. Would I return to Le Meridien? Yes, because the hotel itself is otherwise excellent. But to management, please reconsider who you place at the front desk. Hospitality starts there, and this particular staff member is simply not fit for that role. Big thumbs down to the front desk (specifically Chananyapak), but appreciation to the rest of the team.
