The place is beautiful! Huge pools including one deep one for diving trials. The fitness center is very well equipped too. Overall service was great. For the rooms, our room had a clogged drain which we gave feedback about but they forgot about it.
The food options at breakfast are great, lots of variety and thai food done well. The indoor space has a lot of flies though. A few houseflies landed on my food and crawled around, plus more could be seen around the fruits served in buffet style. Might be good if they invested in a fly trap at the food areas.

Has the pleasure of visiting 10yrs ago when kids were little and for all of us it was the MOST FAVORITE RESORT of all and we have been fortunate enough to travel the world and some of the best resorts in this world but Le Meridian takes the top prize. Now kids have grown up just hubby and I but still an incredible resort with amazing prices when in a 5 STAR RESORT with a private beach!! Safe, secure, clean, friendly perfect for family’s and all ages, forget Bali and stay here!!’ 100% will be back soon, I kinda want to live there - what a life! $20 1hr (Aussie) massages everyday HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beach is hands down the best in the patong area, but the hotel is bit old. Food was also just okay-ish and the loyalty team was mediocre at best despite us having a titanium elite membership. I would just stay here for the incredible beach, but would avoid it otherwise. We also asked once for housekeeping and the gentleman who came was extremely rude, and just left without saying anything despite the fact that we wanted to give him a tip to express our appreciation for his service. No upgrade received despite rooms being available. Breakfast was also not good at all.

Had a fantastic experience staying at Le Meridien Phuket. The rooms were excellent and clean, and the pool kept everyone in the family engaged. The food was also high quality. Particular thanks to Ms. Norah, who was phenomenal during our check in process as well as at every point of our stay, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience; thank you Norah, we hope to be back soon!

Location is incredible, private buy with amazing views. Hotel is almost 30yrs old with no renovation. Super old, smell of mold everywhere. The hotel caters mainly for tour operators with clients coming on full board. Service is very poor, food is very bad. Beach was fully reserved from the morning before breakfast with no beach attendants to regulate this, all the seats were taken, 3/4 of them empty. Not the expected hospitality from Marriott or Meridian
