- 11 bars with a selection of premium beverages included in some bars (various opening hours)
- 2 additional bars for Colonial Club guests
- Rooms service (7am to 11pm) for guests staying in Majestic Junior Suite (Swim Up), Junior Suite Ocean View with Jacuzzi, Colonial Junior Suite Ocean Front (Outdoor Jacuzzi) and One Bedroom Suite with Jacuzzi accommodation. Extra charge outside of this time and for guest staying in Junior Suite with Jacuzzi accommodation

We had a fantastic time at this resort! We loved the animation team, Cristina and Jose are the best. They work so hard, always are super smiley and helpful with everyone. They really made our holidays. The gym is nice, thank you Enrique for your help.
The food as well was delicious, we enjoyed the buffet and the restaurants by the beach. Everything was overall amazing, a perfect holiday! I highly recommend if you want to spend a few days/a week in paradise and completely relax :)

The Majestic Resorts truly exceeded all my expectations! We stayed at the Mirage last year and the Colonial this year, and both resorts were absolutely stunning. From the breathtaking surroundings to the impeccable amenities, every detail made for an unforgettable stay.
The staff was exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special shoutout to Ricardo at the buffet, who went above and beyond to make our breakfasts and lunches memorable. He always remembered our family, stopped by to greet us even when he wasn’t serving our table, and ensured we had everything we needed.
Luis and Jose Martin were also incredible—Jose’s energy and dedication were unmatched, and he made every interaction a joy. The entertainment crew deserves a round of applause as well; while I regret not remembering all their names, their talent and enthusiasm truly elevated the experience.
The seafood restaurant was another highlight. Luis David was outstanding, always ensuring our drinks were topped up and checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. His kindness and attention to detail made our dining experience even more special.
It’s clear that the staff at Majestic Resorts love what they do and genuinely care about their guests. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. Thank you, Majestic Resorts, for delivering another phenomenal vacation. I can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing trip! The food was great, lots of choices to choose from. Pools and rooms were always clean! The beach was wonderful and the staff was so friendly. Activities were well organized! Thank you Victoria for checking in to make sure we were well taken care of!

We went with a group of 20 and had a wonderful time. There was a slight mildew smell in our room and in the Club lounge that bothered me the first day but after that I didn’t notice it. The beach was beautiful. We definitely plan to return to this resort! Our butler, Javier, was very helpful. I don’t remember the names of our 2 favorite bartenders but I will add a picture I found of them in hopes they receive some recognition! They were very friendly and handled the crowd with ease.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and had a great time. My personal favorite was the casino and the bet amounts, but also the sports bar to watch football.
We had a spacious room with a balcony and enjoyed all the amenities. Room service is great and we loved the beach access.
Your worker Marlin has a wonderful personality and my girlfriend really enjoyed conversations and how helpful she was. Victoria was also very friendly and helpful. Both ladies are very sweet and loved how they recognized us throughout the resort.
We have no complaints as our room was clean and cleaned daily, food was good and have access to lots of options. We would love to come back and experience the other sister hotels that Majestic has to offer.
