This hotel is nothing short of Amazing.
The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. It makes you jump right into your comfort zone.
We had a pool in front of our balcony which was again so nice. The staff here is extremely friendly and warm. They’ll make sure to have a conversation with you and ask you about your day and help you with other things on the island.
You have to cross a small road to get to the beach and bigger pool area for which there is security which was so thoughtful. I can’t get enough.
The pool area connecting to the beach was so quiet and serene you could just relax listening to the waves. The game area was so fun, being adults without children we spent 2 hours in there. It was truly difficult leaving this place.
Will be back for more. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai. Our son was injured in the water slide and the staff kept asking about him and sending him stuff. We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

I’m not a huge fan of resorts but I had a great time at this one. The staff were really friendly, the kitchen food was great and most importantly the private beach was super clean. The buffet breakfast and seafood buffet was ok, but the food off the menu was really good. It’s pretty close to town so local restaurants with Thai food aren’t that far. There is also a really good French patisserie about 10 minute walk into town. It’s full of French people so it must be good! Anyway I had a great time even as one who doesn’t usually like resorts.

There was a lizard in the room, i called room service 1 time and the lizard disappeared. The second time when lizard appeared i called the room service guyss but nobody showed up. Ths is not what you expect from a 5 star resort. Absolutely not what you pay for. Rooms are decent, not very great but not bad too. Staff is nice. But there is a room for improvement. Expected a lot better.

Outrigger is in an amazing location close to markets and the beach. Service of all staff was amazing especially Non!! He was super kind and gracious and went out of his way to explain everything about the island of Koh Samui. Market locations, shopping, Muay Thai and various activities to do such as waterfalls, sights temples and much more. He went above and beyond with his service always happy and was a pleasure to see each day! I seriously recommend coming as it is beautiful and especially if you get to meet Non.
