This is good value for money. The hotel is away from the party strip which makes it ideal for families with children. My children enjoyed the kids club, and often asked to go there. 3 pool areas was more than enough, and the hotel was never crowded. Even breakfast time wasn’t crowded. As other guests mentioned there’s a ventilation flaw in the bathroom that makes it smell musty. But when we kept the door closed the smell stayed out there. Perhaps adding a dehumidifier option to the room could help? The staff was so friendly, and when we asked for late checkout they agreed without hesitation. On the last day the doorman named Beer made a flower for our daughter out of plant origami, super kind. We didn’t mind the hotel being split in two by the street, there’s a very attentive guard making sure you cross the street safely at all times.

Rooms were immaculately clean, perfectly large enough for two adults, and had nice views of surrounding greenery from the balcony, even though our rooms overlooked one of the three pools rather than the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and has exceptionally calm water to swim in, as it's located on a small sheltered cove. Staff were as kind and helpful as could be. One woman told us she'd been there for fourteen years and loved her job, which always says good things about the establishment in my book. The front desk was super helpful with booking taxis from/to the airport, as well as booking one of the many tours available. The breakfast buffet takes up two rooms and includes Thai, Western, and Indian foods. My only teensy gripe was that the coffee wasn't great, but a) I'm a snob, and b) there's a fantastic coffee shop across the street, so it's all good. Every other beverage the hotel serves is great.

We received excellent service! Every request for a change or special arrangement was handled positively and always with a big smile. The guest relations manager, Kathleen, made sure we never lacked anything. Regarding the food – Jimmy’s service was beyond expectations! He provided gluten-free meals exactly as we requested for the entire stay. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! 🤩

The stay was amazing. The rooms are worthy of their price. They have 3 swimming pools, direct beach access and amazing food. The breakfast we had was literally amazing. The pool side area was magical as only we (a couple) were there enjoying. The only issue is area. It takes a while to reach the heart of Koh Samui. Nearby eateries are also some 5-10 mins away. Altough Prego has nice Italian Options

A wonderful stay at Amari Koh Samui! We had a fantastic time at Amari Koh Samui. The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with options for everyone. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the beach is just steps away. A perfect place for families or couples looking to relax and enjoy Koh Samui. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!
