Very family friendly resort. We enjoyed the pools which were salted water( natural clean systems, not chemicals). The room we stayed in was a bit old and towels too. That’s all I had in my mind to needed improves, other than that, we loved to stay there! I highly recommend this place for the family with children!

Title: Exceptional Stay – Everything Was Perfect! From the moment I arrived, this resort exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Check-in was seamless, and i was offered a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for a truly relaxing experience. You can see the beach from reception! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the luxurious toiletries, made me feel pampered. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, always leaving the room immaculate. The resort grounds were immaculate and thoughtfully landscaped, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. The pool area was a highlight – plenty of loungers, crystal-clear water, and attentive service for snacks and drinks. Dining was a delight every single day. Each meal was beautifully presented, with fresh, flavourful ingredients and plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet – everything from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets. Location-wise, the resort is perfectly situated: tranquil and private, yet still close to key attractions and activities. Whether i was lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring nearby sights, i always felt well cared for. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays i’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed and grateful. Truly a five-star experience in every way!

We spent 2 weeks at the Amari and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are 3 pools, 2 of them surrounded by lovely gardens and the third one is by the beach - all of them great to hang out by. We found the location was perfect as it's about a 5 min walk from the main town area of Chaweng Beach so far enough away for the beach to not be too busy but easy walking distance for a wide range of restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and bright and housekeeping is fantastic. Wifi is very good. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food and the view of the beach is great. Overall the staff couldn't do enough to help us. On our first night our neighbours were very loud and sounded like they were having a party and having come from the UK we were very tired. We complained to reception and they sent someone to ask them to be quiet. To avoid this happening the following day we asked to change rooms and this was all done without any hassle and we were kindly offered a late checkout as a goodwill gesture. I think this was a very isolated incident as it's a family focused hotel but I mention it as the way the staff managed it was as good as it could have been and we appreciated their swift intervention. Overall the staff across the hotel really added to the enjoyment of our holiday - thanks to those at the buffet, stopping traffic to allow us to cross the road, housekeeping, maintence and the staff at breakfast.

Amazing hotel we've visited many times, it's like coming home. The welcome from the staff is wonderful, the food delicious and service is great. We always book the spa for first and last day to help us recover and prepare for the long flight, so lovely I always book an extra visit 😊 We always stay in the Garden Village so we were thrilled to hear of the new pool. For me the bonus is it's right outside our room do we're spending a lot of time in the new pool. The hotel is for couples and families of all ages and we highly recommend the Amari to all

I stayed at Amari Koh Samui and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to meet our needs. The facilities, including the pool and spa, are top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Koh Samui!
