We were staying in the hotel in December 2023. Overall a nice hotel, and a good place to stay in winter since there is less wind in the bay. The guests are mostly families with children and couples, therefore in the evening there is not much happening around
Pros: the territory is clean and taken care of, the food was always tasty, there were always a couple of types of meat and fish, fresh vegetables and smoothies for breakfast. The personnel was also doing its best to ensure a comfortable stay (except the bold waiter), and in the main canteen there were always some chefs going around and checking if everything was in place. A la cart restaurants are also of a high quality and the food feels like it’s prepared in the restaurant and not just in the canteen. The rooms are quite big, palm and sport areas are renovated, the rooms in the central area are still a bit old but well kept
The personal is in general quite caring, the manager Ayman was asking us all the time for the feedback for the hotel and what could be done better, which I found super nice
There is also WiFi everywhere in the hotel (but not strong enough to watch movies ofc)
Cons: between 4pm and 6.30pm there is nothing to eat haha
There is also no tasty coffee, just the one from the machines with dry milk, which I find to be a shame for a 5* hotel
Also, the spa is a disaster. They are really trying to push you to pay for a massage, and when you do the service is super bad. The lady was quite uncareful, and instead of 45min I got 30. When I pointed out on that she was super annoyed and decided to massage my head quite hard for 5 min in a row, which was rather painful and I had to disentangle my hair afterward. There are separate saunas for men and women, but in women’s one the personal (both male&female) always comes inside to stare in their phones and they leave the door wide open to ensure that everyone passing by would see you. The stuff there is also quite rude and was all the time forgetting that we booked a sauna.
Cleaning service was nice till we left him the tips, afterwards he stopped caring 😂
Also, there is no toilet on the beach, the closest one is a bit far away inside of the cafeteria. The beach is also full of flies so better take a spray. After the sunset (around 4.30pm in December) they start whistling and pushing you away from the beach
But in general the cons are rather small things and we’d recommend the hotel for the sea, the food and the stuff :)

Everything was perfect, beyond expectation, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay is memorable. Starting with the location, the hotel has many points of access to Naama Bay, our room had a direct access to the street and was super close to the pool, beach and main hotel restaurant, it was so convenient to move anytime, they also provide golf carts all day long to move guests anywhere within the hotel. The room has everything we could ask for, very comfy beds, all bathroom amenities, and a modern smart TV, yet the housekeeping is a call away to supply you with anything you wish to have, all their rooms are really spacious. Each room has a terrace or a balcony with a very nice view. The green spaces are all over the hotel, they take good care of it during the night when less people are walking around. Main restaurant is were the open buffet for all meals, it is called Orangerie, the variety of food guarantees the satisfaction of everyone no matter what your taste is, the restaurant is extremely busy yet they work like bee hive, super fast super clean and they pay attention to small details, a section for people with special needs, a section for adults only with no kids around, the rest of the sectors are around, the food is presented in the center where it is accessible by all within few steps. Spa was exceptional, I would love to thank Zakaria and Dina for the best massage we had, the options are huge there and they will make sure you get exactly what you had in mind with a little bit more of happiness. Pools were super clean, not crowded anytime of the day, clean towels are provided anytime, a small bar to serve drinks is also around the pool if you want to drink and relax, life guards were available in pairs all the time. The access to the beach is a different story, they have the best beach in Naama Bay, private for them and it is super clean, plenty of seats to accommodate everyone, there is a bar and a DJ all day long, beach parties on daily basis as well. Internet is covering the whole hotel area and the neighbouring parts on the beach or main Street so you are set to go without worrying about being connected. There is an airport shuttle in exchange of a very small amount of money. The staff are amazing and super friendly, Mr. Magdy, Ayman and Katharina from the front office did an amazing job to make our stay memorable, thank you guys, keep it up, you will see us again 👍

We had an amazing experience at this resort. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is warm and comfortable. They have a very nice pool and the beach was very good. The only thing that was a little annoying was that our room was far from the pool and beach especially since the weather was very hot and sunny.
We really loved the resort and would happily repeat this wonderful experience but would choose closer rooms

The only reason I am writing this review is to tell you to avoid Ayman from the casino at all costs, he is rude beyond reason and ruins the atmosphere of the place, everything else is great!
