I really love coming to Dubai and staying at Marriott Hotel because the service here is impeccable. All the staff are very helpful and very kind especially Mr Kyaw who has provided us with such great hospitality during the breakfast buffet. He has been so kind in assisting us and has a smile on his face throughout. Overall i enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely recommend anyone else looking for great place to stay with wonderful hospitality.

It’s an average five star property, they have everything what you ask for but the best part is their lounge which gets better during happy hours.
Location is not great and navigating to this place is not convenient.
I guess the AC of suite was not really good and it didn’t get fixed even after complaining. Though their services are prompt and staff is helpful without doubt. Wallet parking at the main entrance is another plus.
Multiple options at breakfast is nice but lack of milk alternatives is something that can be improved.
I would not be choosing this place in near future as this doesn’t match with my past experiences of other Marriott properties.

I stayed here for two nights and it's a wonderful place. Not too far from downtown Dubai. The hotel is very clean. I was checked in my Michael who is amazing. He upgraded me to the one bedroom suite. The suite is very spacious and clean. I had great interaction with their staff. They even sent chocolate covered dates to my suite. Overall, this is a great place to stay and the staff are amazing.

I stayed at the hotel in May and left my clothes in the room I stayed in and came back home. I was visiting the hotel again on business, but three months later, it was August. Just in case, I asked the male front desk staff if there was anything lost and could be found. He looked kind and professional and found my last visit and contacted the Lost & Pound department. I was thinking it was hard to find after a long time. A few hours later, Louisa from the Lost & Pound department came to my room saying she was sorry for not washing her clothes. I was truly moved by the trustworthy service of the five-star hotel. My sincere thanks go-to male front desk staff and Louisa from the Lost & Pound department.
