I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Marriott, and it was truly a phenomenal experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the incredible Michael, Brand Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Michael's exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for our comfort were truly impressive. He is an outstanding ambassador for the Marriott brand! The room upgrade to connecting rooms was a brilliant touch, making it incredibly convenient for our family to attend to our needs. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return! The Marriott team, led by the exceptional Michael, has set a new standard for hospitality excellence. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

This hotel offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Dubai city, which was truly one of the highlights of my stay! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed, making my stay very convenient. The free shuttle service to Dubai Mall and other locations was an added bonus! That said, there were a couple of downsides. Some electrical plugs weren’t working and need maintenance, and the room service was slower than expected. Fixing these issues would make the experience flawless.

Amazing place. Just stayed there for a week for vacation and had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many options such as Asian, Arab, Indian, and Western choices for breakfast with gluten free and vegetarian options. Clean rooms, amazing service, well priced. Close to many places such as airport, shopping centers and attractions. Hopefully we get to visit Dubai again and book this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff are friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast buffet is delicious with variety of food options from different cultures. Hotel is very clean and close to Bhuj Khalifa and other places. Love the location and the hotel. Will book again.

Had the worst experience ever in my travel history, when I arrived at the hotel on Tuesday early morning. The guy at the receptionist was racist, refused to check me in despite the fact we had a 9 month old baby. Ended up booking at Aloft Creek , with no hassle. The response you have given is not correct . I Used the Explore rate for booking because my sister had put me as her brother. However , the guy said that the explore rate is for staff members only, and that my sister has to be there physically for me to check in. He then asked me to tell my sister to do another form and put me as a friend. I used the same form that was rejected by that guy at two other hotels in Dubai affiliated to Marriott without problems. He would interject me when I was explaining. That is the worst level of unprofessionalism I have encountered
