This hotel is outstanding - it was my 1st visit here, and it won't be the last
Before I arrived, I emailed the hotel asking for our rooms together - this was granted. Thank you.
When we arrived, a porter came out and helped us with our luggage to our room. This is really good service , something I never had in a 4-star hotel before.
Reception was really friendly and got us into our room really quickly. The hotel felt so clean and modern in all areas. The smell of the hotel was really nice!
Our 2 rooms were lovely, we had a little walkway between our 2 rooms, so we're together and could shut the outside door and leave the inner 2 open, which was great. Both rooms were deluxe sea views - both lovely and modern. Bathrooms are amazing, great showers. The beds were really nice and comfy. Balcony had amazing sea views. Only slight niggle is other guests are noisy at times.
We stayed half board, the food in the hotel was really good and very good quality. Always something for us to pick from at breakfast and dinner. Drinks where good prices also.
Entertainment shows were good, 1 act per night (is out of season) so this was good as it was something to watch before bed each night. Shows were good and something different each night. Staff member Tamara, who worked in the central bar, was amazing. She was outstanding, being so friendly.
Overall, the staff here are nice, the food is good and the bedrooms have amazing sea views.

We enjoyed a four day break! The representatives were good, and a couple had a bit of attitude. For the most part, the service was good. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the portions were plentiful. Double shots of alcohol were like four shots in one, we had a good time at the bar.
The weather at this time of year was nice. UV was high, so I caught a tan, but the breeze was very chilly. The downer for me was that there was a cost for things like water with your food, to much money grabbing. I would stay again, especially the rooftop views , it kept us entertained! 4/5 Thank you

We have just ended our 5 night stay here in November 2024. From approaching the hotel to leaving we have had a wonderful stay and well needed rest.
Coming from the hospitality trade ourselves all the little things really matter . Staff are really friendly and approachable. Room serviced every day , again really pleasant staff. We stayed bed & breakfast, we aren't used to eating in a morning but we have thoroughly enjoyed doing this and stocking up the pounds to get us through a busy Christmas period.
Overall a lovely stay and weather been our side too 😀

The vibe of the hotel is spectacular, Level lounge was super nice and I really want to thank Eva, hats off to such a kind lady who’s helping everyone always smiling and welcoming.
Room was super clean and neat, They’re using Rituals products in the room as a hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion which I really like.
The view of the room was magical.
I can’t wait to go back again and again.

Excellent location, mere steps to the beach directly out front. Many choices within the hotel for lounging, hanging out and enjoying the sun. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable beds and in room coffee and mini frig. Wish I was still there. Loved it.
