We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The territory is incredibly beautiful — spacious, green, and well maintained. There are 3 swimming pools, one of them with slides for children. The sea is very close, with a private beach. The dining area on the rooftop is surrounded by flowers and offers a stunning view of the sea. The food is delicious, and if you plan to go out for the day, the staff will prepare a lunch box for you to take with you. The staff is very friendly and attentive. After check-out, guests can still keep their wristbands and enjoy all the hotel’s services — lunch, dinner, pool, bar, and more. Highly recommended! We’re already planning to come back. 🌿💙

We really enjoyed the beach bar during our stay! There were plenty of drinks to choose from — more than enough to enjoy relaxing days by the sea. The bar also had some nice desserts, fresh fruits, and ice cream, which made it perfect for a little afternoon treat. A special mention to the bartender, Mihalis (hope I spelled that right!) — he was incredibly friendly and made the atmosphere even more pleasant. Overall, a lovely spot to spend time at the beach and feel well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty food every day, and the desserts were amazing. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, so relaxing was never a problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The drink bar was great too – a good range of cocktails including classics like Mojito, Piña Colada, and Whiskey Sour. The bartenders made the experience even better with their great energy and conversation. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Firstly I would like to highlight the most off putting let down at this hotel which was the music during the day around the poolside. Absolutely not what I would expect at a hotel which promotes relaxation and wellbeing. When you look at the age bracket for the people sitting around the pool daily you can see a diverse demographic such as families with young children and everything in between and then older couples looking to relax outside of the school holidays and this loud, offensive full of bad language techno music is completely not suitable. Lot of people have been talking about it poolside and share a similar view. The rooms at this hotel are out dated but I’m told are being renovated. There is a fridge and hairdryer, drying rack on the balcony with two chairs and a small table and a light on the wall. The maids come in daily and the rooms and communal areas are always clean and tidy. There is a towel on the hook/ towel on the floor policy to communicate when you want your towels changed. The pool area facilities is very new and clean and has comfortable loungers with thick cushions there are two pool areas. The largest pool area is ice cold and the main pool areas have a small section for babies/kids. The food is limited but the quality of the food is good for breakfast lunch and dinner. It’s relatively easy to get a table straightaway and didn't have to wait. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill and then some rooms go on up a further hill. There are mini-shops and supermarkets in bali itself down the hill out of the hotel with a mini train ride that takes you all around the coves which cover bali. Its €5 for adults and discounted for kids. The communal toilets are very clean and appear to be regularly cleaned. I cant comment on the evening entertainment as I never went however it appeared to be a disco in the evening and appeared to be located in the hotel basement. The hotel itself offers sea views and mountain views from some rooms and the pool areas. I would like to stay at other Mitsis hotels however on the basis of the terrible poolside music it most certainly wont be this one.

The best bartender at Beach Bar Michalis on the beach! 🍹 If you ever come here - make sure to stop by the beach bar. There works a real cocktail magician! The bartender doesn’t just make drinks - he creates the mood. Always smiling, attentive, and somehow knows exactly what you need: a refreshing cocktail, or just a good joke 😊 The atmosphere around the bar is always cheerful and easy-going - it feels like this is the very heart of beach life.
