We recently spent a week at this all-inclusive hotel in Crete, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. The service was outstanding—every request was met with a smile, and the team was always eager to help.
The food was a real highlight. With a wide variety of options at every meal, there was always something delicious to try, from traditional Greek dishes to international cuisine. The buffet was fresh and constantly replenished, and we also enjoyed dining at the specialty restaurants offered on-site.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Situated right by a beautiful beach, we had easy access to the sea, which was ideal for swimming and relaxing. The surrounding area was peaceful but still close enough to local attractions and activities. It was a great base for exploring Crete, whether we wanted to enjoy the nearby villages or venture out further.
The facilities were excellent as well, including the pools, fitness center, and entertainment options. Everything was well-maintained, and we could tell that the hotel took pride in keeping the guests happy and comfortable.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on Crete. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful experience. We are enjoying our stay greatly: The rooms are comfortable and clean (cleaned daily), all the attendants are nice and keen to help, the pools are great and the beach is also great. The food is good. You will definitely like it here.

The service was amazing! The staff on the resort were pleasant, friendly & would go out of their way to make sure you had a good experience.
The resort was kept clean, rooms are clean and staff were constantly fixing things.
The buffet was good, especially the lunch and dinner service. Lots of options. Drinks were good.

Only cons: was the rocks in the water!

We really enjoyed a stay here. As the name suggests, the hotel is built to mirror the design of a traditional Greek village, with two storey buildings dotted around the site. Our room was rather basic but covered our need nicely. We found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and friendly. Our son enjoyed the swimming pools and the evening entertainment. The food was the usual self-service buffet style and we enjoyed the wide variety of items.
We would recommend this hotel for families and may return in the future.
