Lovely hotel right on the beach.
Our room was a sea view room view which overlooked both the beach and the pool.
Hotel staff were all amazing, really helpful and friendly.
Food was pretty good for the most part and when you fancy a change, there are several good taverns about.
Drinks were alright, what you expect from an all inclusive.
Entertainment looked ok if you’re into that. Me and my partner aren’t so just sat on our balcony with drinks. Wasn’t too noisy, finishes at around 11 each night
Bus services are fairly regular to and from Heraklion. Be warned they don’t always run to time and the last bus back is much earlier than advertised (last number 6 is about 11pm)

This was so lovely. I went here last year and the beach is right next to the hotel. And i want to thank andreas for always keeping us happy and entertained. The food was so great, there was nothing better to eat. The service is very decent. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning ladies always helped us. But the one thing i didnt like was that there were 2 cockroaches on the balcony. We called the cleaning ladies they were so happy to help. A little expensive but it is very lovely!!!!

Visited from 27th April for one week as a couple. It has excellent kitchen; traditional Cretan dishes like snails, rabbit, to Italian seafood, Asian sweet sour dishes to every taste, great selection of breads, regular bacon, eggs, all made with best quality ingredients, maybe the best I have tasted by hotel,s I have been in tens of four and five star hotels. Restaurant, Bar and reception staff good, do their best to help you. Outside Bar very nice, give clean branded drinks not last quality as some other hotels do. Good views of sea and pool from the outside bar area with clear wind braker to the sea views that keep out the chill winds of night time
The room: it was clean, one bed in the middle of room with a corridor that can pass only one person next to it, no chair in the room, mattress and pillows very uncomfortable, got pains on back and neck. The bathroom; you can hardly pass in it. The balcony very small for four star hotel.

We spent 10 days at the hotel with the family (two adults and one 8 year old child). All in all, it was a really nice vacation.
Nevertheless, there is still room for improvement. Accordingly, I would like to address the most important points.
About the location: The hotel is close to the airport and Iraklion. You can get there relatively cheaply by cab. The hotel complex is small, manageable and well maintained. As a result, the hotel was not overcrowded. We liked that a lot.
About the room: The room was well equipped and clean. However, the room was very small. There are comparatively limited storage options. This surprised us somewhat for a 4-star hotel (but every country has its own standards). The air conditioning in the room was very loud. We always had to leave the air conditioning on the lowest setting at night, otherwise we couldn't sleep. What you need to know; the hotel has no elevators! This must be clear for people with walking difficulties. What I found a bit annoying; the room safes cost extra and are not digital. You have to carry the key with you. I haven't been to a hotel in years where a safe costs extra and isn't digital.
About the restaurant: The choice of food is manageable but good. Generally, there is something for everyone. We particularly liked the BBQ and the desserts. With the price category, you can't expect an exquisite selection of drinks; if you want really good beer or good wine, you have to get it in the mini market.
About the pool and beach area: The pool and beach area are very clean and there is plenty of space and sun loungers. The sea is incredibly beautiful and clean. The pool is not special but is sufficient. The pool bar offers drinks, snacks and ice cream at all times. What was quite annoying after a few days: The music playlist is hardly changed and after 1 - 2 hours the same songs are always playing. You should choose a longer and more varied music playlist.
About the service: The service was pretty good. However, there was one thing that really upset me: the loungers were reserved by many guests before breakfast and not used for hours. We pointed out the problem to reception three times. Each time we were told that it would be taken care of and nothing happened. At some point I started bringing towels to reception by myself. This is unacceptable! I hope that the problem will be dealt with in the future.
To enterteinmant: There are some daytime activities such as water polo, beach volleyball, water gymnastics, etc. We found that very good. Andreas (one of the entertainers) in particular did a really good job (We liked him a lot). The evening program was also very nice and varied. Pretty good for a "smaller hotel complex".
Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is great. The smaller hotel capacity, the good food and the hotel complex make the vacation really relaxing. The problem with the reserved loungers definitely needs to be solved, it can't be a solution that bathers have to make their own places. Last the safes should be included in the price and have a digital locking function. Taking money for it and getting a key is out of date. Otherwise, we would be very happy to be able to vacation at the hotel again.

We spent one week in this beutiful hotel with all inclusive package. The rooms are simple equipped, but the beds are comfortable, the room is cleaned every day. The food is fresh, varied and tasty. The beach is just some step from the pool area, sunbeds are available both at the pool and the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We arrived late night, yet they served us some warm dinner.
The aminator programs brightened up our stay, we loved the minidosco and aquagym. The kids will never forget the iconic koukou move :)
I am sure we will come back!
Just some tips about the room:
the room could use a bigger clothes dryer and some hangers for towels.
