A Stunning Resort, But One Rude Security Guard Ruined the Experience Nikki Beach Resort is an absolute paradise. Everything about this place is top-tier—the breathtaking views, the luxurious ambiance, the impeccable service inside. From the moment you step in, it feels like an escape to a world of relaxation and elegance. But unfortunately, one person managed to cast a shadow over an otherwise perfect experience: the security guard at the entrance. Not the friendly staff inside, not the welcoming team at reception—just that one guy at the outside checkpoint. His attitude was shockingly rude, completely out of sync with the resort’s high standards. Instead of offering a warm and professional welcome, he was dismissive and unkind, making us feel like we were inconveniencing him just by arriving. It’s disappointing when a single individual can taint an entire experience, especially at a resort that prides itself on hospitality. Nikki Beach is exceptional in every way, but first impressions matter. I hope management addresses this, because no guest should have their experience soured before they even step inside.
