We stayed at this hotel for six days for a holiday. It was a luxurious and beautiful hotel with excellent service, and the staff were very friendly, especially the Persian-speaking employees, Ms. Mahsa and Mr. Yashar. The rooms were spacious with a nice view, and the recreational areas and activities were good. However, the food quality could have been much better. For those with pets, there are some really nice spaces designed for them.

We have just got home from our holiday here and wow! This is the best all inclusive we have ever been to, nothing is too much trouble the staff are the most caring kind people going above and beyond especially with my son. Even though we came in January everything was amazing. The food the entertainment was amazing and there was lots to do despite it being the winter. This hotel is a home away from home and we was extremely sad to leave. However we are looking at booking again for the summer. This will now be our go to holiday. Thank you so much for looking after us we can’t rate you enough!

Dear [narvana] Management, 👎like one star hotel👎 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way. Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing. The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel. I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. It is important for businesses to provide what they promise, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future guests.

The staff were quite racist towards me, I travelled with my friend from Scotland, who also noticed the staff ignored me when I asked about the Japanese restaurant to be booked in a few days. They literally ignored me. They gave me bad looks at check in. The bar staff also were quite standoffish with me. The breakfast, lunch, dinner staff serving other people but our table. Wouldn’t recommend if you are black.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the food was really good and the restaurant staff were polite. Also, the gentleman bartender at the Irish pub was absolutely amazing – friendly, professional, and knew how to make a proper drink. The entertainment staff were super nice and welcoming . Sadly, that’s where the positives end. First off: NO AIR CONDITIONING. Despite the website clearly stating the rooms are air-conditioned, there was none. Zero. Nada. Instead, they gave us a loud, fan that just pushed the hot air around. The fan was new but just not helpful. It was unbearable. Combine that with a swarm of mosquitoes — and I mean swarm — and you can forget about getting a good night’s sleep. I left covered in bites. Plus the beds were also rock hard. How is that acceptable in a place that pretends to be 5-star? The DJ was a complete joke — loud, obnoxious, rude, and totally incompetent. More interested in hearing himself playing music. He killed the vibe. The hotel is crawling with incompetent, careless management who don’t care about your comfort or your concerns. We were charged 40 euros for a 12-minute transfer to the airport — with no receipt and zero transparency. That’s more than double what we paid to get to the hotel in the first place. This place clearly thinks tourists are walking wallets. We paid an outrageous 100 euros for a late check-out — and even then, they kept us waiting until the last minute to confirm it. It’s like they were deliberately trying to mess with us. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It’s barely a 2-star disguised under a flashy name. There were no international guests, barely any staff who could communicate in English, and the entire place feels like it’s running on lies and gimmicks. If you’re a foreigner from a European country , good luck — you’re nothing but a target here. Taxis and shops nearby are in on the scam too — constantly trying to rip you off because they know the hotel or the police won’t help you. Honestly, Antalya is a tourist trap masquerading as a luxury resort. Do. Not. Book. Save your money, your sanity, and your vacation. This hotel is a disgrace to Antalya’s tourism scene. Never again. STAY AWAY.
