It’s a great hotel if you’re not Turkish or Arab. There was absolutely no Turkish, Arabic, or Iranian music, even after we mentioned this to our assistant. I am Turkish/Canadian and I felt discrimination all the time in my own country from the staff. All attention on Russians. I already contacted my Canadian/American friends to cancel their upcoming booking to switch another hotel. No need to stress during the vacation.
Most of guest moved other hotels side to enjoy with the music during the day and night. It is sad to experience that our concern was not taken serious.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hospitality is top-notch. However, the rooms are poorly maintained, with visible signs of ongoing construction.
Food is okay, they have all kind of drinks.
The shows are fantastic, but they don’t properly promote or inform guests about them. You have to find out on your own because the assistant doesn’t clearly explain what’s happening each day and night. Even though we asked the schedule the night before every day and received every day at 2 pm and missed most of the morning activities.
ZERO communication.
Communication is crucial. Please train your assistants better and be more mindful of your Turkish guests.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, despite booking my stay two months in advance for my friend’s birthday. Upon arrival, we were already late, and to our surprise, the room was not ready. The staff simply told us to go have lunch. However, when we arrived at the hotel’s restaurant, the staff were rude, telling us they were closed. When we finally ordered, the order was wrong, but we decided to let it go.
The next day, we tried to book a restaurant for dinner only to be told that all the restaurants had been fully booked two weeks ago. I was shocked that no one had informed us about this earlier, as I could have made other arrangements, especially since this trip was for a special occasion. One staff member tried to help by suggesting a seafood restaurant, but when I mentioned we don’t eat seafood, he offered a chef’s restaurant. However, when his supervisor came, he rudely spoke in Turkish and said something along the lines of “why are you offering them that restaurant, just tell them the system isn’t working,” assuming we didn’t understand Turkish. When we asked for the supervisor’s name, the staff initially refused to give it to us, and only after explaining that we understood Turkish did they try to resolve the issue. In the end, we had to go to an outside restaurant.
Another issue was with the valet parking service. When we returned to the hotel and handed the valet our car keys, he just said, “Oh, there’s no parking, you can park by yourself,” which was very unprofessional.
To top it off, the shower in our room wasn’t working properly, which was unacceptable, especially given that we paid for an all-inclusive stay.
This was a highly disappointing experience, and it will be our first and last time staying at this hotel.

Felt promising with the hotel where everything seemed modern and seemingly new. However, after a long day touring around different cities, i was looking forward to head to bed early but the hotel management somehow allowed a party to happen in the middle of the hotel where ALL rooms have to listen to them blasting music and heavy bass late into the night with zero respect to their other guests. This place is not family friendly and not vacation friendly. Will not recommend this place. Checked other 1 star reviews and this loud music blasting seems to be a huge problem for this hotel. Avoid at all costs if you’re looking for a place to rest and relax!

I had a delightful stay at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan and would rate it 5 stars overall, though a few minor improvements could enhance the experience. The hotel is immense, impeccably clean, and staffed by kind, attractive, and eager-to-assist employees. However, there were occasional delays in service, especially during evening activities.
A standout feature is the 24/7 Personal Assistants available via WhatsApp, who provided exceptional personalized service. Room service was excellent, with daily thorough cleaning. The hotel's activities were amazing, and the food was delicious, though sometimes warm rather than hot, with occasional delays in clearing tables.
More shaded areas would enhance the outdoor experience. Despite minor staffing issues, the dedication of the Personal Assistants, overall cleanliness, and culinary offerings make Nirvana Cosmopolitan highly recommended for a memorable stay. The water park is also fantastic!

Bad experiences for that amount of money payed!
First, we came here in mid october especially for the heated pool and the spa to enjoy them despite any weather conditions. But both of them were in "summer mode" and freezing cold (even the whirlpool) although the whether was getting cold. Not even the hamam was heated therfore not usable, which we didn't even experience in low price Hotels in Turkey.
Second, the Hotel has a PA (personal aassistant) service via Whatsapp that's causing many problems, which we as customers had to endure. From missing bed sheets, that they didn't care to take care of, so we could not go to sleep late at night, a requested topper that came one day later, generally late replys, booking problems in the hotel and no accountability for any of them.
For example, we booked a padel court inclusive rackets and balls via the PA, who offered and confirmed it for 15€ per WhatsApp only to get to the Sportscenter and to be told, that it actually costs are 50€. The fact, that the fault is on the PAs side was not his concern, the manager(!!!) of the COSMOS sportcenter told us and persisted we now have to pay more than the triple price.
Even if you try to avoid the PA-system and go the classic way with the reception, they will either direct you to your PA, because they don't want to deal with your problem or they don't speak English and further you to every other colleague who may understand you.
So for the bedsheets we talked to 6 different people at the reception and it took 1 hour to actually get them. We were so angry, we had to cool off to go to sleep.
The little things like shuttle services to the beach that don't come regularly or some days not at all, despite a sign that claims, the shuttle comes every 10 min, missing ceiling lights in the room, unironed bed sheets, tapestry in the room that's coming of, curtains that don't close the whole window, tiles that are broken etc. we tried to overlook, but they add up.
All of this happened in an extremly expensive, wanna be luxury Hotel on one of the most known beaches in Antalya.
Since the negativ things ruined our stay, I won't comment on the many positive things.
