I stayed in this hotel in late Nov 2024.
James from the front desk helped me to arrange for a booking for car rental within the same morning. It was a breeze and settled within an hour. He helped me to arrange for an hotel-airport transfer and reminded me to allocate sufficient time for travelling cos i have an early flight to catch and to my surprise, he arrange for a packed breakfast too.
Tum from the front desk helped me to process the check-out in the early morning. It was a hassle free process. He also passed me the packed breakfast.
Thank you for showing me warmest hospitality. I'll be back.

Beautiful hotel with clean connecting rooms for the family, catering to our group of 7 easily. We were serviced (notable mention) by May at reception who was v hospitable, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is near the light market and restaurants but involves a steep climb of 200m (not for those with disabilities!). Use the kata beach shuttle back to the hotel as a “cheat”!

Our two-week vacation has come to an end, and it was amazing. I really don’t want to leave. We have such warm feelings about the hotel, the service, and the staff. The rooms were cleaned on time and really well. The breakfasts were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some minor issues with loud construction in the neighboring rooms, but we forgot to ask to be moved. A huge thank you for replacing the old billiard table with a new one, although it was just two days before we left. I especially want to thank a guy named Wit, who was my sparring partner and made my solo pool games more enjoyable. Wit, you’re an awesome pool player!

Friendly staff and good service.
Rooms a little tired but bed very comfortable.
We ordered half board and wouldn't do it again. It is better to walk down to restaurants on the main strip. The quality of the meals in main restaurant were variable.

A very mid experience from a highly rated 5 star property
First of all the staff is amazing and very cheerful and nice but the experience goes down beyond that. The rooms are old fashioned and my room had a fully transparent glass door in the shower which was a privacy nightmare. The lighting was a little less as well. The breakfast was below average since the quality of fruits wasn't the best. The juices tasted like canned juices served as fresh. The Indian items were mostly inedible. Only saving grace was bread and eggs daily. The pool is good. Room service is very slow and they didn't send water for hours on 1 day and on another day they told me I already had 4 bottles of water and if I need more? I can't even drink water smh. The location on top of the hill adds pain to your knees everytime you walk up. Thankfully I had a scooter so just had to do it twice. There are other properties you can look at.
