⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa Our stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the staff’s kindness made our vacation even more special. One of the things we appreciated the most was the special attention given to our child. When we entered the room, we found a dedicated space for him, with a beautifully decorated bed featuring fun, kid-friendly details that made him feel at home. Additionally, the bathroom was equipped with amenities for children, which made our stay much easier. These thoughtful touches truly make a difference and show the hotel’s dedication to families. The housekeeping team was exceptional. Our room was always spotless, with every detail perfectly arranged. Their professionalism and commitment to cleanliness and comfort were evident throughout our stay. The reception staff provided outstanding service. A special thank you to Grace and May, who were incredibly kind and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also want to highlight the bellboys, whose hospitality and willingness to help made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa is a perfect choice for a family vacation. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it. We recently stayed at the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa for our honeymoon, and it is an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful view from our bedroom, a fantastic pool, and spacious rooms that make you feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and I want to give a special thank you to Mai, who provided exceptional service during our visit. Her warmth and attentiveness truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience in Phuket! Only downfall is the hike up and down the road to the Hotel. Other than that we are enjoying.

The stay at Novotel Kata Avista was amazing, the staff was really friendly, and May was always there to help us with everything. The beach is 5 min to walk to and the sand and water are incredible. The night market was right next to us, with great food and souvenir. Me and my husband dont have kids yet, but I wanna say that this place has a lot of activities and play rooms for kids, so keep in mind that always will be families with small children around. The pool is nice and clean, and you can enjoy it till late in the evening. The overall experience was again amazing, and we are happy that we meet nice people here 😊 Thank you May for all the help again 🩷

Hotel is located close to the beautiful beach of Kata. Staff is nice and courteous. Breakfast is not bad although the omelette tasted like rubber. The downhill and uphill to the beach is definitely a big negative. Spot where you get dropped off smells terrible like mixture of poop and sewage. Hotel has to do something about it even though they are not responsible for it. Tourists can not be waiting on a spot like this, compared for instance to hotel Katathani. Room is nice and every time we had a request it was served within minutes. Concierge has to be more informative and friendly.

This hotel is absolutely amazing for a relaxing and tropical holiday. I visited in December, and it was the perfect escape from the dull and cold weather in the UK. The food selection is fantastic, offering something for everyone, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The cleaning staff truly go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The reception team is incredibly helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to James, who kindly assisted us when we encountered an issue with the placement of our rooms. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It has everything you need for a memorable holiday – delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s also a great choice for families. I can’t wait to return! 👏👏
