Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Few things to note is that this hotel is located at a hill so walking back can be tiring but the hotel provides shuttle service everyday back & forth to the beach. Another thing to note which was bit of nuisance was that lift wasn't working for first 5 nights and climbing the stairs everyday put a toll on my mom's knee which is already comprised due to ageing. My mom is 70 years old. However this little nuisances was offset by the exceptional service provided by hotel staff who were always very friendly and helpful. Went over & beyond with every request I made especially for my mom's birthday. So overall very satisfied with my stay. Special call-out to Tina at front desk and Chandra at the Restaurant- they went very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We had such a beautiful time at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and my room was a dream, complete with chilled bubbles and a lovely bed decoration on arrival. Huge thanks to the GM "Massimo" for the wonderful hospitality and to my dear friend Michael for making it all happen. We’ll cherish the memories and can’t wait to return!

Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. Room was clean and modern although they made me answer a bunch of questions before arriving and didn’t follow any of them. The hill up to resort is a killer, should consider having two buses one up and one down. Phuket is quite expensive now comparable to Australian costs not sure we will be back anytime soon.

Staffs were friendly and accommodating. We went as a trip with another family friend. Initially we were allocated on another floor (as our bookings were separate). The staff gave us option to move to another room the next night when available. The staffs from front desk to housekeeping remember our situation which shows that they communicate among themselves and on top of things. The resort is family friendly with kids pool and kids club. Suggestion will be to improve quality of food and resurface the kids pool area as the floor is worn out. For the ball pit my suggestion is to charge for whole day or just offer for free as unlikely kids will play there for a long time anyway (currently offered as 1 hour free).

The housekeeping team was exceptional. Our room was always spotless, with every detail perfectly arranged. Their professionalism and commitment to cleanliness and comfort were evident throughout our stay. The reception staff provided outstanding service. A special thank you to Grace and May, who were incredibly kind and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also want to highlight the bellboys, whose hospitality and willingness to help made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Without a doubt, Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa is a perfect choice for a family vacation. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it.
