Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Beach

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room's finish was subpar, with a crookedly mounted TV and rusted parts in the bathroom that made it feel like it hadn’t been maintained properly in years. The safe in the room was broken, which was concerning for security reasons. The air conditioning unit was another major issue. It made an unbearable noise throughout my stay, and despite having the maintenance team come three times to fix it, all they did was apply lubricant, which did nothing to solve the root problem. This resulted in several sleepless nights. Service was another disappointment. The staff, particularly at the customer service desk, were unhelpful and treated me as if I were asking for too much when I raised concerns. Their attitude was dismissive and left a lot to be desired. The food was average at best. It was obvious that they cut corners, especially with protein options. Portions were small, and it felt like they were more focused on saving money than providing a quality dining experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning, but it’s a shame that the rest of the facilities didn’t match up. Overall, the beautiful beach couldn’t make up for the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

It is a highly recommend hotel for you vacation , if you want to enjoy your vacation to the max you should choose this hotel. When I want to rate this hotel I will rate it 100 / 100 .😍 I will start with the luxurious reception and the people welcoming us so friendly,the most thing that I like is that the hotel is being cleaned all the day , you can see cleaning staff around you everywhere, I am a cleaning freak so this was very very delightful and joyful for me .all the staff there are so friendly from the front desk to the restaurant to the animation team . The food and the buffet was really really delicious and there are varieties of choices in it I noticed that they care about healthy food , the kids buffet also was very yummy my daughter was very happy with it even they had small tables for kids in the restaurant in front of cartoons to make their experience in eating amazing. The pool was very very good the water was clean and warm I will miss the water aerobics everyday with Mrs. Olga . About the rooms, the room was very clean and tidy, they care about even the little detail in the room the housekeeping team was very fast and professional. They had a small show everyday at the evening it was amazing and interduce different show everyday . I hope i didn't forget any thing about this amazing hotel and I wish i go back there again soon . Thanks Novotel for the best service! I was very glad to stay here! My vacation were very nice! Thank to animation and staff! I’ll come back here again! Valeria and Daria are very cool animators! I was really happy to meet these nice girls. They made my vacation enjoyable and unforgettable!

Best hotel in whole Sharm el Sheikh. The animators team did so good. So much fun they had delivered to the people of all ages. Especially Alina had a wonderful vibe of endless party and joy. Highly recommend

Hotel is not too big but very cosy and comfortable, coral reefs are amazing lots of different fishes which are not venomous. Diving here is the best, pleasure sea and lots of fish in reefs, many different other sea creatures made it incredible for swimming with kids. Kitchen is well cooked, lots of meat and fish with different souses. Chef is very kind person, he always tries his best. Mango parties was amazing and mango was fresh and delicious. Moreover hotel is near to city, you simply can go outside to different shops as Fixprice to buy what you need. Staff here is very friendly and helpful, they did our visiting here much better. Only one little minus kids disco party was a bit boring. I really enjoyed my time here, and recommend this hotel for a calm relaxed pastime and for everyone who loves swimming or diving.
