I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Miss Wafaa for her kindness and warm hospitality , she truly made us feel at home. Also, my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mossa, the Vice Manager, for his professionalism and excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend Novotel Sharm El Sheikh to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back again!
