The rooms were great, and the beach was beautiful with soft, sandy shores. The reef right in front of the beach was fantastic for snorkeling, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides to mention. Unfortunately, the room service was not up to expectations. The towels were often not clean, and the cups in the rooms and restaurant were not consistently sanitized. Additionally, the beach towels provided were never completely dry. One of the bathrooms had an ongoing toilet issue that wasn't resolved during our stay. Despite these issues, I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the restaurant staff and reception team for their excellent service and hospitality.

We have been staying in the hotel a couple of days now and so far our experience has been great. Lovely food, very clean and the staff are very friendly. As all inclusives go this is a great one to try!!

The animation show was amazing here. every dat holds different shows here👍👍👍😍😍😍😍 Especially with Mira the whole my journey was very interesting funny. She make us laugh at all♥️♥️♥️♥️Thanks to her and her team♥️♥️♥️

I was astounded that this hotel had received such good reviews, although some recent reviews are starting to expose some of what we experienced: hotel bedrooms are dingy and ours smelt of damp, our bathroom ceiling leaked throughout our trip, the shower would often go cold and we had maintenance there 4 times throughout our stay. The hotel food is bland, with poor quality ingredients. In the end we cut our trip short and went home early, this simply reflected the fact it would be nicer to be home than stay another night in this hotel.

Great beach. Hotel is very nice. We had a dinner in italian restaurant. Super. Service and food is fantastic. Will recomend. During the day many different activities. Every night different shos. So everything is fine.
